Despite offering valuable day-to-day experience, the company does not provide meaningful opportunities for long-term growth. The role has remained largely static, with limited opportunities to take on new responsibilities, expand skill sets, or progress into higher positions. Professional development programs, mentorship, and structured pathways for advancement are either not prioritized or not clearly defined, which makes it challenging for employees to envision a future within the organization. While the environment may be supportive in terms of routine tasks, it lacks strategic investment in employee development, skill building, and career progression. It is a retail company which sells mainly hair products and body care stuff for women. and they mainly focused on African and Jamaican females. There's no room for career growth and I am sure you deserve to work for a better company. Not there! avoid if possible!

My advice to them would be to have more communication between staff. I would also like to so more organization with the schedules and lunch hours. Keep positive attitudes.

This job for me it was exciting because there was always something new to learn  each day and always something new to do I got to meet a lot of new customers and build a relationship with each and everyone and it was a great experience for me

It was nice to have the experience working at a hair store because I do love hair and hair products. Unfortunately the managers do not know how to treat there employee's properly and the head manager/boss does not care also.

The most important thing in the job is provide excellent service & products to customers. I am outgoing, friendly, and well-organized. I strongly believe that my qualifications are really good matched with company's objectives

Numerous interactions with various customers daily. A fun environment with good opportunities to learn and improve soft skills from customer service to organizational skills and problem solving.

Great job to work at especially if you like a relaxing environment. Great hours with little to know stress. Perfect job to have when in high school being as the hours work hand in hand with your school schedule.

wasn't the greatest experience at this location. Management needs to do better. Treat employees with more respect and value. That way the workers are more happy to work.

Nice place to work because of coworkers but there was barely room for growth. Though the managers are lovely, you can tell that there is a sort of preferential treatment.
