The company is heading in the right direction, and there has been lots of positive changes over the past year, and also significant changes in senior leadership (New CEO, CFO, COO, etc.). It is a very different company from what it was before. 

Communication is improving on all levels, which is helping tremendously. 

Employees of Bellatrix are full of energy and enthusiasm and are eager to contribute. The people here are truly amazing. 

I look forward to coming into work everyday, and I am very excited for what the future holds. There is a lot of potential here.

Worked in the field as an operator. Small company values they could care less how many hours you work or how safe things are the only thing that matters is BOE's for the investors. Lots of long days and late well startups and callouts because stuff scabbed together in a hurry. Facilities are scabbed together from whatever boneyard is selling the cheapest junk and throwen together by field staff and hope it doesnt blow up or burn down and if it did it would be your fault. Very blame orientated. Management just dictates and doesnt listen to any concerns from its employees. If your not willing to do what they say they will find someone who will i was told over and over.

I've working at Bellatrix for over two years and from the very first day I love this place. Lots of development opportunities, amazing social life and great people. Bellatrix has been recognized as a Top 75 Employer of 2019 which speaks for itself how great this company is.  Benefit package in addition with health spending account is a dream come true for ones well being. Bellatrix cares about their employees which is proved by all incentives offered.

Bellatrix has amazing people and great leadership. The benefits package is truly incredible and very generous. I feel honored to work for this organization and I consider myself very lucky. I have a great boss, a great team and meaningful, interesting work. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Typical work day was very typical. Catered breakfast leading to some project work and mentoring production engineers on what they were supposed to do. Culture was mostly about putting on weight and critiquing the catered food service. Hardest part of job was entertaining management with project highlights and successes.

This company requires the right management and leadership in the appropriate departments.  I also feel that this company should have an aboriginal liaison working for them in order to build stronger relationships with the aboriginal communities where they do business.

Possibly one of the best workplaces I have ever been to. The workplace culture is fantastic, and the work is always fulfilling. The offices are extremely clean and there's the added benefit of breakfast and lunch while working there.

Company is very cohesive in its vision of the future.  Always have the option to ask for help.  Work / Life can be an issue.  Have great faith in the management team of this company

Operations team works well together and it involves personnel from the corporate office and field locations. 

There is very good chemistry throughout the team and everyone works together to find solutions to any problems that arise.

Smart and fun people to work with. Benefits were pretty good. Constantly dreading that you might be the next "organizational update" email sent out resulting in low job security and therefore effecting employee moral.
