Working at this company has been a fantastic experience. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by both leadership and my peers. The environment encourages teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth.

There’s a real sense of purpose behind the work, and it’s clear that employee contributions are valued. Management is approachable and open to feedback, which helps create a positive and forward-thinking workplace culture.

Salaried employees have to clock in with a card. So if you are late due to traffic they tell you to stay to make up time. Power failure we were told to leave and make up the time.! 
They talk culture, but they fail to follow it. 
Hardest part was always being corrected when you were not wrong. No room to be yourself. It is their way only!!! And if you look at their careers available you will see , they go through employees at a fast rate.  

After the 3rd week started to realize that what was said in the interview did not match daily work or interactions.  Team member very disrespectful and no support from upper management.  Say they are open for new ideas and change but never follow through.  Not the best place to work; core values posted but not put into application.   Not a very respectful place and pretty much left to yourself if you have any issues or concerns.  Very disappointing and wasted  my time.

Good company for to learn and get experience , but salary is under the average market . Management should be friendly with employees and take consider about the salary and environment .
Company need Humble employees not toxic.

Need to clock in as a salary employee, but if you work late no compensation. 
No culture although they like to believe there is.
Management need to stop hiring micromanagers and stop micromanaging
I enjoyed my actual job, just not being told how to hold a pen (micromanagement)


great company to be at, people are friendly and very collaborative top to bottom, people are always ready to give a hand whenever you need, its always fun coming to work.

Great culture. The employees are treated well. You don't feel like a number. There are social activities and a lot of fun. The people you work with are very talented and have a great attitude.

The colleagues are very nice and dedicated.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Basic employee's rights are not respected. Not a human company.

Met some nice people there.   Owner micro manages eveything.  Weak management team.  Not a place if you are ambitious. Rigid culture that needs to be updated to 2020.
