Management is poor. They don’t even have pharmaceutical experience.Management don’t know how to run the place properly or in an organized fashion.Most unprofessional/non-GMP place out there. When bottles/caps fall on floor they are put back into hoppers and used for packaging of drugs. Line
books are not up to date/a lot of transcribing and when told about things that need changing it is ignored, Machinery is old and and operate with no safety guards/lockout systems in place. Only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt.There is no organization/ 5S in place, can never find anything. QA can’t do proper challenges, verification of scales, proper instructions. Lack of communication is prominent. I was asked to transcribe from a QA which ultimately ended my job there. No loss to me whatsoever. Didn’t get paid enough for workload anyways.  Clearly auditors don’t do their job when auditing the place otherwise Bellwyck would have been closed down a looooong  time ago.

This company is one of the worst I have ever worked for. Very old equipments and they want you to move mountains to find parts for them. Not even china makes these parts. Company is cheap and treats employees really bad.

Terrible company to work for management does not know what is going and does not understand how to run a shift . Nothing is organized in the warehouse, This place they run u like a dog and they dont treat u well there. When u make mistakes they blame you and not a good place to work it's a waste os time to work there

The jobs for temps is not bad. It isn't great pay, but not terrible either. The tasks are easy to get the hang of, and the full-time employees help out when you are confused or uncomfortable. Not bad for a temporary job.

No GMP at the company all their products potentialy contamainated , the dressing room located inside the washroom, majority of operatores from one nationality and controlling every thing and discriminate any other nationality, very weak un organized management

Good place to start with but challenging as well. Management and working environment is flexible which helps to develop good team.  Overall good company to work with. I’m glad to be a part of company and learning everyday.

The abnormal and psychologically disturbed people (all from one nationality) in this company always put you under sever stress and they d'not like any other nationallity and always make lies to fire any one say no to them

It was productive and workplace culture. I enjoyed to work  there. It was my first job in Canada in  Acconting and Finance. I got administrative and office experienced from Bellwyck Pharma Services

Always something new to learn, work with many different pharmaceutical companies and many different types of products. Hardest part is to make the best decision according to quality when questions arise.

Very nice and understanding co-workers, enjoying working at Mississauga locations, it is a multi culture environment with fair treatment to all staffs, warehouse is very well organized.
