I had a positive experience working at this warehouse. The workplace is well organized, and the team is supportive and friendly. Management communicates clearly and treats employees with respect, making it easier to complete daily tasks efficiently. The training provided was helpful, especially for new employees, and safety procedures were always emphasized. The work can be physically demanding and fast-paced, but it is rewarding because everyone works together to meet goals. I appreciated the opportunity to learn new skills, improve my time management, and gain valuable experience in warehouse operations. The schedules were generally fair, and supervisors were available to answer questions or provide assistance when needed. Overall, this warehouse offers a professional and positive work environment for people who enjoy active, hands-on work. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a stable job with opportunities to grow, develop new skills, and be part of a hardworking team.

Typical day at work is a serious matter, it is the time that you have to give your best at anytime. It is also a place to be happy. 
I learned that working is not about just working so you'll have money, it is about passion that satisfies you and others. 
Management of time must be run wisely because without proper management, it will end into a disaster. 
My co-workers are friends from work even when we are not in work, they are the ones that supports you when needed. 
The hardest part of the job is when there are huge conflict between the staff and customer because it is the time when you have to deal with huge embarrassment but it is the time that you'll learn
The most enjoyable part of the job is when you received good compliments from the customer and the staff because it means that you are doing a great job in a task that was assigned to you.

I went to this factory and I got to know that people in this factory were not at all friendly and cooperative. They were talking about work from me as I was new. Whereas nobody told me what to do at the work, I just asked the employees that what to do and how to do it. I felt like they gave me their work and I was exhausted as hel*. Not even the supervisor told me what I have to do and how to be safe in the working environment. It was 8 hours off the shift and the people there were so aggressive and don't even let to stand for a grasp of breath. All we're doing work slowly and I was the only one who was provided with 4-5 tasks. All of them were having 1 task. So this was the worst experience ever.

under no condition would i recommend working here for anyone. i'm a university student living on a budget so that should say something. the management treats you like you're way beneath them. i once showed up and wasn't  on the schedule (no one called me in advance), and in return was told "oh that sucks" by the manager of the plant. that's not even the worst of it - they force employees to work in conditions that are not suitable for standing for 8-10 hours. the temp agency who hired me made it seem like an ideal place to work at, but did nothing when informed of the situation at hand (they're also really bad with pay too). seriously do NOT work here.

The typical day at work is very slow-paced before work ends it gets very fast, there's a lot of employees that do their job, there's a lot of different cultures at work, and you have to be prepared for the things that come your way. I learned during work is time management because of the supplies that come in, and another thing that I learned during work is that you have to deal with employees if they have a good day nor bad day. The management at work is very bad and not organized. The hardest part about the job is probably lifting boxes to the wooden plate because the chocolates can weigh up to 5 to 15 pounds. The most enjoyable part of the job is getting to taste and receive free chocolate.

Management is a joke. People are rude immature. There's no fridge in both lunch rooms. They promote idiocy.  I was a forklift operator their for 6 months. I am a team player worked hard to meet deadlines. No respect towards there employees. Very very high turnover rate . There's young people in charge with no morals or respect for other cultures. High damage rate to the equipment. Avoid at all costs please. For your safety. Management follows you in the bathroom to see how long you dump. Rumor mill x100 PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Typical day is to either pack candy from a conveyor belt to specific boxes or to take out candy and put it in candy transporter

management was messy, constant angry yelling and over-working people, multiple problems arisen

workplace culture was decent, each co-worker assisted each other when needed and generally helpful

hardest part is being assigned to the super-fast candy sorting section, mistakes occurring fast and often.

It was learning experience while working with Belvika.  If I get another chance to work with them , I will not let it go........

The number of people were not coming as much as they required and I required to finish the assignment.

The first day of the week

Once your placed on the task for the day, the day may go fast depending. Eight hours straight is a long time to stand in one spot and do the same thing all day. But every day is different. Sometimes, they may even pull you to another task. Changes it up a bit.
Staff is either long term, or they come and go. Line leads are: some cool, some not so cool. Just like any place I guess. 10 min break, and 20 min lunch...but paid for the whole 8 hours. That's what I like about this job. Plus, you can pick your own days!

Worked here for almost two years. Supervisors were great the people I directly worked with were great,with that being said upper management was not nice at all , always looking for the worst in people never praising for good work. They will write you up or try to for the littlest things and things that are out of your control. If your phone rings from this place don't answer
