Ben Moss Jewelers

I was recruited into Ben Moss Jewelers a couple years ago, and I really did enjoy working there! Everyone there had team work ethic. We would all pitch in and help one another, either with a sale, or administrative work. The main goal though was to sell jewelry! You could tell everyone and I included loved doing that! I was taught everything about jewelry, I knew nothing prior too! I caught on very quickly and became skillfully productive in my sales. The management team was amazing! Very helpful and lots of positive energy floating around, I've never felt more welcome before. My co-workers were the same, everyone helped one another, and were supportive of each other. The team work there was astounding! The hardest part of working at Ben Moss was learning jewelry in a short amount of time, there was so much knowledge that I had to gain about diamonds, gemstones, gold, silver, etc. Eventually and quickly I had started selling engagement rings and making my sale goal every month! The most enjoyable part of working at Ben Moss were my co-workers. Also, the feeling that you get when you know you've made a client very happy and excited about what they purchased. It's about making clients feel special, and I love that.

Ben Moss Jewelers was a pleasant work environment. I was trained well in jewelry knowledge and sales. The challenge in working part time was that I had difficulty meeting the requirements for commission. I felt that the products were high quality. Unfortunately they went out of business.

Was an amazing company to work for, unfortunately the staff was not happy when the company was bought out by charm. And made it very difficult to learn and receive proper training. Thankfully my general manager and district manager handled the situation wonderfully and I received the training necessary.

A great place to work, with the potential to make commission from sales. Management was fair and respectful. No added sales pressure. Learned a lot about different jewelry and the precious metals and gems used to make them. Learned how to test stones to verify if they are diamonds or not.

Commission on sales was an advantage and it encouraged me to improve my skills on closing sales, product knowledge to sell jewelry, and following up with customers as clients.

Very stressful comm. based job. Always changing managers around.Used to be a good family based company but not anymore.

Fun, professional, great product, and discount for staff.  A lot of flexibility with sales. Manager was nice, but its not great working with women in a commission based environment, especially jewelry.

Attention to detail required.

Worked with computer, printer, etc.
