 Responsible for the complete planning of high level designs with all details. Execution of in stores & kiosks design from the development stages through to the completed roll out.
 Developed store plans and designs from the ground up using AutoCAD (from 2001 to 2010) and Photoshop. Construction management on site.
 Responsible for corresponding with Landlords regarding the design criteria, final approval of plans and negotiating with landlords the Schedule “C” of the lease agreements & National Code of Design & Construction.

Great place to work if you just want to do your hours and go home. On the flip side the internal workings are a mess, management is fighting and each one of them is siloed  in there plan for how to improve the company. Everything is late because of over planning and then all out sprint to get the project  done disregarding the plan.

People are great and work pressures are very minimal, a lot of worker are coasting so at times it very hard to get things done.


Recents months there has been large layoffs and all salariess in the company have had a freeze placed on them so take that as you will

I started as part time when I first started with the company. In a span of a 3 months period I was promoted to store Manager. It was my thrive for outstanding customer service that got me promoted. Out of 6 years  I was with the company I really enjoyed training my staff. I was very proud to be part of the presidents club for outstanding customer service. Unfortunately due to changes in the company my kiosk closed . It was tough to go through a closing but my staff stayed with me till the end and I know they will continue to thrive with all the great experience they acquired and I am very proud of all they have accomplished.  Not everyone can say they love their jobs but we did.

I worked at a desk invoicing direct billing on contract. Also a multitasking job as I would also do shipping and receiving.
When an opportunity arises to challenge myself , I can’t wait to tackle something new or help with large scale jobs , like receiving and organizing where items go.
Management is great with allowing me to do my job.

Bentley is a dinosaur in the retail landscape.  Brutal culture, condescending executives, and painstaking micromanagement and poor communication from the top down.  I pity you if you work here.  They will suck your soul out and stomp it into the ground.  Compensation here is a joke for the amount of work you do for them.

This company was a great place to work until it was bought out. Now it is literally a nightmare job. No room for advancement, management doesn't listen, stupid decisions made at head office... The list doesn't end. Don't waste your time with this company, they won't appreciate you.

Opening or closing, recruiting and scheduling, payroll and emails. I started out as assistant manager and became manager in 6 months. I enjoyed my job. Had a few employees who were uncooperative and was able to handle it effectively.

Worked there for many years. I liked the team I worked with but not the supervisor.  You work really hard , get sales in but never happy. Which was too bad. It use to be a great place to work.

The work is sales so it isn’t that bad it is a typical job. However, depending on your manager it changes all the work environment. The pay is not good enough we had to meet sale quotas and we don’t get commissions. 

a canadian business that has a store in most malls.it sells product that some people may want or need. they are unorganized, have too much product and not enough staff.
