They take into consideration that you too have a family, and are willing to make adjustments to make both your home life and work life a success.

The most enjoyable part of the job is the staff, it's hard to find a place where you can consider your co-workers members of your extended family: it's my favourite part of the job, being that you spend more of your waking hours during the week at work rather than home... it makes a big difference. 

Management has an "open door policy" where you can be guaranteed a listening ear when problems arise (should they arise) and they attack things head on so someone is always willing and ready to go to bat for you at all times. 

During the year we have several outside of work related activities together, including: barbecues, dinners and indoor/outdoor sporting activities. 

If you are looking to work in an environment where you do not feel like you need to compromise your home life for your work life, this would be the place for you.

do not work here. the interview goes great then you work there and its a mess. everyone there is looking for a job or waiting for a job that pays more money

-the owners youngest daughter is a micro manager that upsets sales and service she listens to staff conversations and monitors everything everyone does if she does not like you she will come after you and get her mom behind her
-people are always quitting
- the older daughter is a finance manager or sometimes is HR so no real privacy if you have a issue because family will tell family
-the owner does not take a stand for his employees when he can just involve himself to fix the problems <problems that are obvious but are overlooked|>
-all employees have positions and are expected to do more then their position or have more then one position but receive no extra pay
-no room for growth. most management positions go to family

Daily you witness management lecture someone on meaningless problems. Technicians are flat rate but even being five minutes late you are getting spoken down to by management. Fixed operations is supposed to be in charge but the only person who makes decisions is the service manager. As the service manager is a family member. You can feel a lot of tension and uneasiness due to micromanagement you are always doing the “wrong thing” even when you are not you are treated as if you are. A lot of rules to control staff and your skills aren’t trusted or appreciated. As a trained professional you want to feel like your employer believes in you and you just don’t get that here. Generally you’d go to the HR department as they don’t have one all issues are to be reported to the General manager who is the mother of the service manager so it leads to a lot of stress because you cannot get concerns about department effectively off your chest.

Do not waste your time with this place. Everyone is miserable including the service manager who happens to be the daughter of this family business. You will interrogated, given false hope, watched like a dog and list goes on. Owners are nice but will only take side with the family members. I have been in this industry for a long time and can say that if it was not for the fixed operations Manger and advisor(s). This place would suffer. Service manager and shop foreman just waiting for owners to 'retire' so they can take over. Yes the shop foreman is married to the service manger.  Maybe she needs an attitude adjustment course and plastic surgery to turn that permanent frown to a smile. I suggest to fire her and hire outside the family.

The company culture is pretty good, as long as you're doing your role properly and keep busy you shouldn't have any issues. Service manager can take some time to warm up to you but as long as you do your job well it shouldn't be a concern once you demonstrate consistency and reliability. Keep in mind it is a small family business so you do bond with those around you in time and if you can stick around for a bit it can be rewarding. All in all it's a good team environment and if you're a hard worker you are appreciated.

i enjoyed working at Kia gave me a chance to learn more about the car business and also to sharpen my auto detailing skills. Working there also provided a well team work structure which was a fun experience.

This dealership was the worst one ever
Lots of micromanagement and I believe that we are human and we deserve to be treated equally The fixop  is the best but I most times has hands are tied First couple years was great and then it went downhill fast

I really like working here. Each person here is very friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions and help me grow in my job. Very accommodating.

Bunch of racist and sexiest people to work for the sisters always fight and then Blame you. If anything goes wrong it’s your fault. Never would I recommend this place.

The owner is really nice and approachable. 
You must be able to take on multiple jobs, a fast-paced environment.  
The customers are great to deal with.
