I usually start my day at 6:00 a.m. (Mexico time) by greeting my team through internal channels and reviewing my emails to address any urgent communications. After that, I focus on my responsibilities, which tend to flow smoothly throughout the morning. I have the flexibility to take my lunch break at a convenient time, and then continue with my tasks until the end of my shift at 2:30 p.m. The schedule is very flexible when needed, which makes it a great working experience.

I haven't found a part that I could call "stressful", maybe just sometimes the load of meetings doesn't give you the time to work on other things you have planned, but it isn't really that big a deal.

We all work remotely in a very collaborative, respectful environment lead by strong management. I love my work because I am challenged on a daily basis and constantly have opportunities to learn and grow. The management team is dedicated, passionate, and always accessible. Everything we do is strategy-based; we set goals and have milestone to allow us to be successful. The biggest challenge I've faced here was learning about our products. I had no knowledge of access doors and continue to learn more with each passing day. I love working as part of a team while being able to take full ownership of my responsibilities. There is no micro-management here. We are trusted and respected and given many opportunities to take on new challenges on a regular basis.
