Bi-way

this was my first job. it was here that i first learned a lot of my skills. the staff was very pleasent and so was management. they worked very hard at scheduling you around the times that best fit your life style. however once the company went bankrupt i was quite dissapointed. we were told that bi-way had sold to a dollar store and that we would be able to keep our jobs there. however they went bankrupt and thousands of people were out of work. although there was that downfall i cannot say any other negative response to working there. it was perfect for a first job and a student

Excellent management staff. Always appreciated the work that we did. Pleasant environment. Nothing more to say. The management gave us the task to get accomplished during the shift and expected us to finish the work during our shift. They were understanding if we explained why at times we did not finish all the work.

It was the greatest experience ever, from a sales associate I advanced to Assistant Manager. I brought my skills and experience to  another retail store and succeed in sales and changed the dynamics of the store.

Key holder had to open & close the store,had to receive shipments, had to send out shipments, had to balance safe and do bank drops. Train new employees, get registers ready for the day, and if the alarm went off after closing had to go to the store and check it out.

I stated out as a cashier and worked my way up to supervisor. I had lots of responsibilities, which I loved. The pay was average, management were easy to get along with.

great place to work but they are no longer in operation. Management was friendly and it was easy to get promoted if you put in the work and showed initiative

this was the best retail place to work , another place that should still be around. too bad management screwed it up. was there a long time. learned a lot of useful skills

I was very happy working at BiWay to bad the company doesn't exist anymore but I had very good experience with the stuff and the customers. Investors and stocking 

This was a very enjoyable job and the people were fun.  There was a lot of customer contact.  The management was wonderful and accommodating place to work.

Mu review that I want this company to take as feedback is they were very helpful and assented  with answering the question I asked overall I was happy with service
