Among many other things, Bizerba manufacturers the best industrial weigh price label systems, inspection and general weighing technology for food production (and many other industries). Great gig for a “systems-thinking” technical salesperson. Straightforward comp plan, plus car/gas card, phone, laptop and CC. Customers love the brand and the quality it represents. What they don’t like is long lead times and the spaghetti diagram representing the way we get stuff to them. Efficiency Improvements are being made daily so if you’re reading this,  keep the faith that it’s only going to get better. 


My is ever changing at the company which allowed me to learn supply chain from the bottom up. Our management team was very relaxed and it is more like a family environment working together. This is also the reason the job can be very difficult in a cubicle setting atmosphere. There isn't always a real understanding of what your directive was from management which made it difficult to feel progressive.The most enjoyable part of the job is the reward you feel when you accomplish a project or critical task.

Bizerba is a great atmosphere for people who want to carve their own path. One of my mentors and someone who allowed me opportunities I didn't imagine were possible was the CEO of this company. He cares about his company and gives respect where needed. I was fortunate to work closely with a great management team and colleagues who I consider friends outside of the workplace.

Dont even think about working here. Management wants nothing to do with the people that work for them. Forget about promotions. False promises. They are compulsive liars.  Managers are not managers. They are accountants. They are focused on their performance bonus’s. 

Great environment where everyone works and plays hard. A very success driven company, they believe in promoting within, and employee retention is very high.

Opportunity for growth and opportunities to travel and train at Head Office in Germany.

It is hard work and must be willing to follow all the health and safety rules. Very cold environment and fast paced. Slicing lots of meat and cheese all day.

Worst management experience ever.  A book, university class, or thesis could be written on how not to run a company.  There is no satisfaction to be gained here.
