I love going to work every day. My colleagues are friendly and professional. I don't have a boring day. Each day you will learn a thing or two and grow personally as well as professionally. Management is open to suggestions and taking initiative in improving the processes is acknowledged. Sometimes you need to take on more responsibilities which means you earned the trust of the management.

There is not and best part in the company.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They didn’t have any employees, so they have many projects to do. All projects missed deadline. And they expected I have to meet the deadline.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The vibe of office was not good. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I didn’t like to go to work, stressful. Manager had attitude to me.

Base on my experience, few days before my probation end they gave me a letter confirming my permanency of my work but on my last day at work they gave me a termination letter without telling why, they preventing to pay the benefits of their workers so they keep on hiring and firing before the probation ends

There are no clear jobs, no boundaries,  no one feels secure or appreciated even the managers, there used to be a team culture, but vanished because of bad employees. Toxicity is rewarded and toxic people are still around. No matter how much you contribute, you will have a expiry date, and will be pushed to a corner when that date comes. 
Extremely toxic environment. 

Not a longterm workplace to work on, management not that good, when it comes to health and safety, it sucks! Lots of heavy lifting from morning til the end of your OT.
People come and go, with amateur supervisor on the foor, if you are new in the country yes you can appy here as a starter.

Owner treats employees as if they were of no real worth or value and therefore easily disposable. A revolving door of employees who either quit or was let go because it suited the owner.
