this job is a very active position as there are constantly trucks coming in and out with constant washes, the management and other staff are pretty easy going and are willing to help you out even when you make a mistake, they turn mistakes into learning experiences. good for younger kids in high school looking for a job

Sorry you spent your money here I was an employee for a long time the boss and his son would yell at you like a pyscho if you took too long or used too much chemical on a truck, I felt bad for the customers he really doesen't care about anything except himself... it's worse than that but yeah... There's a reason nobody want's to work here...

Days are stressful but rewarding. After running a day with good reg eff and good washout eff feels good. Everyone works together. We joke around. But we bust out trucks and enjoy doing it. Management is helpful. I want to move up in the company and I have been given advice by my manager on how to improve. The managers want to help you move up. Which is great.

Terrible management fires people for no reason no warning. Do workers don’t treat new workers with any respect. Toxic to work with shift goes by terribly slow because of these issues. 

The only good thing about the job is when it rains you don’t have to go in to that toxic place.

I’ve worked there for about two months and fired without a warning no proper training and couldn’t ask questions without people getting upset at me for it. Glad I don’t work there anymore. Only positive is raining we don’t go in there. Went back to my old job and instantly regretted working at the truck wash. 

The best job a kid fresh out of high school could get. Management are very fair and understanding. This is a company that treat their employees very well. Only downside is that when the weather is bad(rainy), you wont get many hours unless you're a Supervisor.

Overall, a decent workplace. Had a lot of complaints because of employees missing a lot of spots or forgetting things. The assisitnt manager is a lazy person, who will bark orders out, but he was friendly with most employees.

It’s harder then you would think but for a entry level job it pays well and depending on your crew your gonna have a good time pretty often, the only con I would say is when the weather is bad and you have no trucks in line you get sent home or not called in at all 

Great place to work with a fast pace friendly environment. Unfortunately due to wether conditions the work isn't always guaranteed. Management is great.

dealt with a lot of different customers during my time at the blue beacon. I supervised a crew of up to 7 guys and was timed per truck and reviewed for quality when finished.
