the more management was involved the poorer the employee attitude and less productive as management would constantly be in the way or stop employees to talk to them, and then be upset because they weren't working at the time  hourly pay was well below what it should have been for the type of work it was and the physically demanding labour that was involved.  never adequate staff for the workload and management would get upset if employees didnt want to work 10+ every all the time to make up for it.  poor attitude towards workers from management and upper management who seemed to think everything should be as easy as other facilities that were designed for the industry when acme facility was never designed for the type of work and upgraded with bare minmumequipment

its an okay starter job, the thing that really botherd me about the job is that they constantly change protocals and enforce them without the proper training. i remember getting yeld at about not doing specific things when i really didnt know i was supposed to do that. i was never trained to do it. but yet it was on me that it wasnt done. my shift supervisor never did his job on making sure ppl did protocal so id also sometimes get talked to about not doing things when the supervisor himself told me not to for it wasnt needed. i lost my job because i told the supervisor to do his.

Worked here for a while saw management make outlandish decisions promoting people who slack off all day just because they show up. Then they complain that work isn't being done fast enough. I drew the line when they promoted someone who doesnt even speak English and then expected them to talk woth customers. Don't work here if you want a raise higher than 25cents. They also don't care if you go above and beyond what you are supposed to do. 

A dirty job forsure, but it doesn’t take much brainpower once you get the routine. Management is understanding and forgiving, raises come quickly in the first year, and the company does have advancement opportunity (although limited). 

I worked at Blue Water Wash for 5 months. The job is very wet and dirty, in an 8 hour day you only get one 30 minute paid break, employees are rude, management doesn't care about you. I hurt my foot and I had to fight with them and get 2 doctors notes to go on light duties, the only good thing about that place was that hr was helpful for when I hurt my foot, do not recommend working there.

Nice place to work if you're looking for some extra cash without too much stress. Just be careful not to go above and beyond because you might end up with more work and free pizzas instead of the recognition you deserve. But hey, at least the management seems pretty understanding. I’d recommend to get your class 1 through them.

Management was sloppy workers were incompetent and they go through more employees than an auntie on a rez and on top of that they are so run down with their equipment it cost more to fix everything than to buy new equipment which they also don’t do

A messy job, but good pay/management. Supervisors are pretty much the people who run the labour, and whatnot. Recommended if you need money for no skill work.

Provides extra responsibilities and skills
Positive team members and great management 
Fast paced but manageable work load 
Reasonable hours of shift

Hard work smelling terrible and getting underpaid to top it all off while they yell at you to get trailors done like its our fault there late , poor management
