Blueforce Logistics in a contract company which provided workers where needed, anywhere in Canada.  While employed with Blueforce, I worked in three Provinces, as the work required.  Each job required different skills.  The first job was labour work which varied with carpenter work, landscaping, and digging ditches.  My other two jobs was assembly work in different factories (working on assembly lines).  Each job had different co-workers and different work shifts.

The hardest part of the job was the pay rate.  The best part of the jobs was that travel and accommodations were provided by the employer.

I enjoyed the atmosphere on all job sites and the people I worked with were good to get along with.

Good company to work for if your looking for a turn-around type job.

Flights, housing and rental vehicles all paid for. All you got to do is show up and go to work! Working away from home made easy.

Roommates are usually reasonable and easy to get along with.

Great opportunity if your an apprentice and want to work with people from all walks of life.

Personally speaking, there have been times where I had very little notice when getting called for work. Once i had to pack my bags after I hung up the phone to catch the plane in time.

The staff at HQ really take the time to get to know "you". Your not just a number to them which is really nice in this day and age.

i like the outfit but it is hard to stay with them because the work is not steady enough . i would be a steady employee but  i cannot wait 4 to 5 months between jobs , i know it is not their fault and i do appreciate and respect them for the work the do get for us . They treat us quite well, except when they want us to share a room cus I will not do that.everyone needs their own space to get away from each other. Dont forget we work together all day for 10-12 hours.

You could end up in a bad living arrangement

I never had any issues, not a stressful place to work

Depends on what you're hired for

Well, I would stay away from this "temp" agency.  That's all the are, management  is disorganized , you drive all night, room(s) are not booked. Special wages are spent on different people. Some geta car rental, some do not, some get gas allowance,  some do not.
Dont bother with this place. NO LOA allowance, no fuel. So if you like peanut and jelly sandwiches and crackers, go for it.

I’ve done two contracts with Blueforce now and i gotta say they are a good company to work for, they accommodate everything for work, flights, vehicles and housing, pay you pretty good, all you gotta do is work. Overall i give them 4.5/5 

Sometimes there seems to be a lit
tle lack in communication.  Workers would if possible not have to do a large amount of travel to get to work so maybe get them closer to the workplace.

Blueforce Logistics has always been extremely supportive through my many projects, and seems to emphasize communication and empathy in a way unusual to many other labour leasing companies. 

Full time hours. Management was nice you get a raise every 3 months. Their safety protocols are on point. There is a lot of options to advance in your career and I feel like they were very caring about their employees 

Hooked me up with the best company I have worked with since I moved to Canada. Pay is more than all the job offers I had, and the company they hooked me with is the best I have worked for. Office people are true asset of the company, super nice and really helpful.
