Working at Blue Water Imaging as an X-ray technician has been incredibly satisfying. Each day, I perform diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care, knowing that I'm contributing to the well-being of our patients. I've developed valuable skills in operating X-ray equipment and analyzing images accurately. The supportive management and positive workplace culture at Blue Water Imaging enhance my job satisfaction, making every day enjoyable. While managing a high patient volume can be demanding, the sense of fulfillment in helping patients outweighs any challenges. The best part of the job is the satisfaction of knowing I'm making a difference in patients' lives and collaborating with dedicated colleagues who share the same passion for healthcare.

Poor/absent management. No job security as a lower wage candidate is consistently sought for. No compensation/benefits. Forced overtime as no request is made in advance but employees expected to stay without warning past end of shift. Schedule change on a whim: employees can be sent home after 4 hours or less anytime. Disregard and disrespect for employees regardless of status or length of employment. Poor/non-existent communication from management. Pressure tactics to create an atmosphere of fear. Renewal of contracts without negotiation to reduce salary with threat of being fired if lower wage and conditions not accepted. 
Consistently seeking lower wage staff so zero job security.

Bluewater a different side of the integrated healthcare system and I really enjoyed learning about the different modalities of diagnostic imaging. Working with the public can be challenging at times, but it very rewarding when you can help someone who is in pain, even if it's just a small part you play. Management is great, always there to support if something goes wrong. The only negative thing is the lack of benefits.

Run! Not worth working here. If you value and respect yourself do not work here. Everyone at these clinics are negative and toxic. Rules constantly change on a daily even hourly basis. No one works together here. It’s a super catty look out for yourself environment. Management sucks and will go out of their way to make you feel useless and stupid. They don’t care about the patient at all it’s only about the money. Don’t even bother with blue water just run! 

It has been seven years since I joined the company Bluewater Imaging in 2017 as Finance Manager.
During my employment period, the company gave me opportunities and I learnt a lot from this health industry.
All departments are working together as a team and sharing information to improve the operation results, supporting each other, and ensuring to provide the best possible services to patients.

I have been at Bluewater Imaging for more than 10 years now and what I love the most about working here is the staff. We are a great team of staff who empower, motivate and support each other. I love my job and find it both challenging and rewarding. It is a positive environment where everyone's end goal is work collaboratively to provide the best services to our patients and referring physicians. 

I like the flexibility in my work place. The managers and coworkers are always in a positive mood and inspirational that gives me excellent motivation to go on my job energetically during the day.  They are very helpful and do great job to guide me through my tasks. I appreciate their willingness and ability to resolve issues quickly and provide tips where they can.

Amazing,great and very happy to work with the Team BWI..Everyday I'm excited to come to work..Team Management are very supportive and I've learned a lot from them..Fun to be with the Team and all the staff.No matter how busy we are still  I have a joy in my heart..The Team are very professional and applies the heart of having a good soul.This is my 2nd home.
