A typical day at work is always busy and demanding. it is very tasking as I am involved in confirming transfer payment to all group operation team as well as see to the daily cash transactions. I have also learnt to make sure that the operations team meet their target because it counts to their KPI. I also learnt that time is money. Any time wasted in shipping and logistics means a lot of money either gained or lost. 
The management of company are very fantastic and tactical in all their decisions especially putting the goal and vision statement of the company first.
My co-workers are hardworking and have good team spirit in regard to achieve the set target and accomplishing the goal of the organisation.
The hardest part of the job is meeting the target set by customers at the actual time.
The most enjoyable part of the job is during brake time when pressure has minimised and you have good launch to munch.

There is so much turnover of employees, it seems they keep you On a Waiting list to hire you for when someone quits or gets terminated.

They provide a few hours of training and throw you into the overload of work. They call meetings that are a waste of time and you then fall more behind in your work.. 
Toxic environment. No positiveness. All employees seem miserable(it’s not completely their fault). They assess you after so many weeks  of being thrown in and criticize how you work with lack of training and show no appreciation of anything good you have done. 


Not enough training, not fun place to work, no laughter, people suck up to management, bullying, harassment from management, HR is a joke - don't tell them anything, they blab and make it worse for you. You are expected to stay to finish work, but then get hassled when you ask for time off. Micro-management. You can be promoted only if you are manageable, don't have your own ideas. So many meetings, you never know where your manager is. Everything you do is made so much more difficult because the people who make the decisions have NO idea what you do.

They just throw you under the bus on the first day of your job . No training provided regarding the company tools and software . Long hours required to finish the job and  tight deadline to meet. They pay 10 -15÷ more than market but you're expected to work for 2  people. Benefits sucks , you gotta pay for health benefit like 40 ÷ from your pocket. RRSP match is just about 3 ÷. 
you will be valued if you're french , even though , I was working in Canada (ontario ) but most email I received on daily basis was in french !!@

Not rewarded for efforts or accomplishments that benefit the company.

Lack of unity.,.and lack of fair treatment.

Success after success with others taking credit.

Employees are punctual as the phones start ringing first thing in the day. It has a large and comfortable conference room and the coworkers are very calm and you can get their support. The managers are friendly and accessible when you need help. There is a with a small dining rum with all the appliances that you may need

Some bugs need to be solved  very quickly

Prefect environment. Professionalism of the stuff

I'd like to start this off with saying that the employees & what everyone does to keep a uplifting vibe at Bollore is amazing. With that being said, the stress of management is crazy. If you are not "in" with that management group (family or family friends) then you will not be able to advance your career.

Toxic environment
No continual training, programs are changed without any input from those who use them.
They seem to continually make things harder to do what should be a simple job.

My work day is a mix of Management/Administrative and Operational tasks.I move from one challenge to an other and it's very pleasant. For Exemplar, I move from Finance, to HR, Legal, Operations, field job, and more others.
