DONT WORK THERE. The management are terrible at their jobs. You are treated like a baby. Its like a sweat shop with no coffee breaks. Everyone talks bad about everyone and you have to hear it all day long. I met 1 person there I liked that helped me learn when I started. Everyone there hate their job but are there cause thats all they can find. I called the labour board and OHS and AHS on this company. If you go there dont plan on staying there they get rid of people there ALL THE TIME. Sad that I wrote this but its all the truth. DONT APPLY THERE.

Calling clients, delivering orders, and cold calling. I was given a territory which was mismanaged for many years and the bulk other clients did not like Bolt Supply because of the inside sales staff being off putting and short with them. If you are not one of their preferred clients you were treated poorly by the inside staff. Especially by the assistant  manager. 

typical day at work was simple enough, grab your scanner grab some orders grab a cart and pick orders nothing too difficult. HOWEVER, the management there was god awful. I have worked for some bad supervisors in the past, but these guys made the others look like rockstars.

During the interview i was told that all employees are treated like people and not like numbers. I soon saw that change as i was forced to be put onto a night shift, back onto the day shift, and subsequently back to the night shift within the matter of 2 months. 
Communication ranges from very very little to absolutely none at all and the management styles are terrible.

Negativity and no cohesiveness between all levels.  No accountability starting at the very top
No guidance or problem solving, just emails telling people to do their job or pick up the slack.  It's everyman for themselves and with no management the inmates are running the asylum 

Poor inventory management, poor office politics, poor outside sales salary and commission structure...

The staff are generally good people, and so, they don't stay long.

If you like a challenge that yields little reward, then this is the place for you.

A typical day starts with the first run of orders and picking is done by RF onto carts. Then take the order to the shipping belt, pack the order write the order number on the box or boxes and send it down the line. You need to know about hazardous materials and label the boxes correctly.

Great people, that I will miss. They have many tough competitors, however they manage through the strength of their people to overcome most all obstacles.

Very flexible and they treat their employees well. Benefits are good, pay could always be better. Co workers are friendly and helpful for the most part. I've had many jobs and this is my favorite so far. 

It is a good company to work for with great benefits.   The work is not too difficult and the management is supportive.   Enjoyable atmosphere as far as warehouse work goes.  Would recommend working there.
