Bondi is the bussiest factory I've gotten a chance to work in and also one is able to learn new things cause of the rotation  of workers and the management I liked it cause it's orderly and the staffs are ready to assist the workers if they encounter any difficulties in their work areas even though I never had an opportunity to work more I worked for a day and I was greatful for the opportunity given I liked the cooperation between staffs and workers I had an opportunity to peel the carrots and I enjoyed the speed and later on I was transferred to the packaging machine and also the speed was perfect and I really liked cause it was like I was challenging the machine when I placed goods for the machine to seal them together if given another opportunity to work I will appreciate.

Bondi Produce is a great place to work where everyone helps one another to get the job done. It's a growing company with a tight knit family feel and access to management and business owners is right at your fingertips, as opposed to larger corporations where you're just another number.

As a driver, the work is difficult, but if you prove to be dependable and a hard worker you can get your own route pretty quickly, which is not so easy at other companies. 

It's pretty basic work, you deliver fruits and vegetables using a dolly to kitchens and the opportunity for overtime is almost endless with a 6 day work week.

Perks include access to buying food at a discount price, on site gym for working out, great benefits, $150 safety boot voucher and a brand new warehouse and facilities.



I worked here for approximately two years. Being a family business, the culture is very entrepreneurial and you are encouraged to make mistakes and figure things out. I never felt like I was in a box, and that worked for me. For others who like structure in the workplace, this may not be for you. Because they operate seven days a week, you are expected to be available for via email on weekends for urgent matters

Management is great and willing to listen to new ideas if you take initiative.  And you can expect to learn/see/do something new every day. It's a very dynamic environment.

What is the best part of working at the company?
None. It's slave labor and forced 6 day work weeks

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything. No raisies, no promotions, 4 years I worked and they just abruptly fired me

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
If your a person whomnis liked by management it's ok. Still 6 days forced to work and they watch tou on camera kon stop but it's tolerable. If your mot liked by management....just quit and get a new job

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
5am start. Like all the other 5 days your working. Work till your route is done. Sometimes 5 hours per day. Sometimes more.

Working at Bondi is a good environment however there are many unsafe and illegal practices going on with this organization.  Workers are overwhelmed and underpaid .. overtime is paid at regular rate of pay in cash there is no time and a half which is illegal .

There is favoritism going on allowing certain individuals to get away with things others are not allowed or permitted to do .

Labour laws are not adhered to ...etc.



I worked at the company for approximately one year. It is a family owned business, with individuals who are very passionate about seeing the growth of the company. This a great place for anyone seeking to learn more about the supply chain industry with special focus on the produce (wholesale fruits and vegetables) industry. I learned a great deal about what takes to grow and manage your own company.

It’s a bad company to work at and you better not work there cause they will treat you bad and also they don’t care about your growth . The pay is less and work is a lot , you are to work , work , work without any increase in pay and benefits 

Bondi Produce was a really educational and fun place to work at. It was a new challenge everyday and all the team members are super supportive. Team of ambitious young people so they listen to you and support your ideas. 

For me this was an amazing place to work at as my first job. Always felt like home since day one.

At bondi they have an amazing team of people bringing you the best service you could ask for, the entire company is dedicated and motivated to bring you the best produce service in Canada. They are top notch and I loved working with them. I recommend them as an amazing employer and your go to business for produce.
