I thought I was a valued employee but in the end I was just an expendable number....  They do not appreciate thinkers. They do not pay you for your skills  They have not increased their wages for 10 years.  They act like they like you and want your input but then they do not listen to any advice and then when they are short on work there is zero job security.  

To start was a nice place to work. Good benefits and salary was ok.
Jobs took most of my life was a long hours didn't mind that but little effort on part of the company to keep it fair to men working. Not much reward. No raises in years. No room to move up. 
Best part of the job was the guys that work there most were good to get along with.
I love driving so that was best part of my job.

The women in the office are very catty. They gossip and talk behind people's backs.
The training was non existent and they just expected you to know how to do everything. Don't bother asking for help cause you'll get your head chewed off. 
It was a terrible place to work.

Everyday had it changes. Dealt with customers. complaints , and safety is #1 .  Dispatch trucks, employees, and supervisor. to the field job. explain  if they had trouble with job. usually it's all on the cell phone. . On call 24 hrs day. 
  Great to have a change.

Positive work experience, very fast pace company, work varies from production & optimization to completions. Long hours & no crew changes or support is sometimes challenging.

Company is every growing and an amazing culture. Ultimately work depends on commodity pricing so work slowed down, would go back. Low stress environment in a highly competitive nature.

Great management team, fun and enjoyable place to work.  Service quality is top of the line. New and approved equipment and always looking to provide the new products to there clients

Management is very helpful and understanding, you are given opportunities to try different things and are taught what to do before you do them. Great work atmosphere 

Like being part of a big family everyone was easy to get along with and ready to help if you needed help.You had access to the wash bay for cleaning you're vehicle

Ok place to work. As all places some people treated better than others. If you are not a hockey fan or butt kisser you will not get far.
