What is the best part of working at the company?
The work environment is really great and so is the company culture. They have flexibility and create a very safe and relaxed workplace

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It wasn’t my case, but some people had a lot of tight deadlines and a great amount of work to complete on a daily basis.

Very safe, relaxed and flexible work environment and culture. They care a lot about building relationships and providing social events

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I would work on building metrics and measurements on my computer and engage with team members to help with other projects. Some days I would work from home and other days I would be at the office

The company is good but middle management in the leasing and residential departments, and HR are really bad. In my opinion, HR is really unprofessional and clueless. HR seems more busy gossiping instead of tackling important issues in said departments. You won't move up the corporate ladder unless if you're related to a Bosa or close friends with someone in management. You are expected not to have a work-life balance and must sacrifice your personal time, or get the boot if you're not a work horse.

Management has a over bearing critical mean person who only tells of what has been done by her. Does not care about what the person is going through only willing to done grade anyone who is as intelligent as she is . Management needs to look at who they have appointed as manager  over people who can handle the position. Needs a huge adjustment in ego over great people to work in the job higher we for.

Bosa is the most toxic place i've ever worked for. Middle management is worthless and senior management is clueless. Hr is incompetent and the only way to be succesfull in this company is to be related to someone. There is no loyaltly to employees. Work there, and wait to be stabbed in the back. Also very long hours and no recognition. Don't expect a year end bonus. You will not receive itend bonis, unless   This company is a sinking ship.

You're going to work long, hard hours including on your days off to help the building managers out to keep your job and be of good standing with them. You won't get paid for the extra hours for helping the building managers because you're a salary staff. To ensure you're going to survive the politics, do be sure to rub shoulders with those with a lot of say and pull!

- Best for someone who has a real estate  background as the company rules in the real estate market, not the ideal case for someone looking to work in their IT department 

Depending which department you're working in, it is only a short-term stepping stone to gain experience and to make connections before you crash and burn.

I enjoyed working there as a student and thought they had a great culture. As my first job in real estate I learned a lot about the industry and how it works.

Very stressful and uncaring place to work. Many are two faced and back stabbing is rampant  . Senior managers are abusive and spiteful . You are hired to become part of “the family” but you really mean nothing 

Overall great work space and strong culture. I really enjoy all the staff and company events. They do a good job in giving back to the community with volunteering.
