The impending transfer of production out of Canada has led to growing tension among team members, with some resorting to blaming others to secure their positions. This behavior, unfortunately, has eroded trust and collaboration within teams. Additionally, the actions of certain managers have compounded the problem. While there are managers who demonstrate professionalism and ethics, others lack experience and fail to address critical issues effectively. Some even turn a blind eye to protocol violations, further destabilizing the workplace.

The culture has deteriorated to the point where favoritism plays a significant role in team dynamics, often leading to unfair treatment. As the future of the workforce remains uncertain, respect and support for individuals should be paramount. Sadly, this is no longer the case, which makes an already difficult situation even more disheartening.

Working at Access Solutions - Boston has been a journey with highs and lows that largely hinge on your level within the company hierarchy. As an employee, I've observed that the experience vastly differs depending on where you stand on the totem pole.For those occupying lower positions, the reality can be quite stark. The workload often feels overwhelming, with little support or recognition for the effort put in. Moreover, recent layoffs have cast a shadow of uncertainty, especially considering the impending relocation of production outside Canada. This has created a sense of instability and anxiety among employees at all levels.However, it's essential to acknowledge that the experience isn't uniform across the board. Those in higher positions may find more stability and potentially better working conditions. They might have more say in decision-making processes and feel less impacted by the organizational changes.

My typical day would start off with putting away anything that is needed in the warehouse - restocking. After everything was put away, picking and packaging of orders.

What I learned from Boston is the way the product is organized when shipped and received.

Mangaement was great. They work well with you and anyone who required help or assistance.

As for co-workers have no comment. Was more on my own and independant.

The hardest part of my job was time management. Needed to ensure the shipments and are received and shipped in an orderly fashion.

The most enjoyable part was dealing with management. Enjoyed my manager and the way the dealt with situations.

A typical day at work starts in the receiving area in the morning, unloading trailers, unpacking the products that are to be soon shipped out. By the afternoon I would be using SAP programming to process orders.
I have learned various skills such as :SAP, inventory cycle counts, demo product order processing, shipping process, in-bound receiving, time management skills, how to work in a fast paced environment and resolve shipping errors.

Management is very professional, and family oriented its a very close community of people.

A typical day at Boston Scientific starts at 7:00am in the field meeting with clients and battling with the competition. At the end of each week we regroup to discuss our hits and misses so that the team can learn from one another. Management doors are open for everyone and they expect people to come in with questions or concerns. Co-workers work as one team even though they represent all functions. The hardest part of the job is having to travel 70% of the time in order to achieve results. The most enjoyable part is cellebrating success at the end of the year

The company had neat and clean environment with good services and friendly environment

i didn’t feel and stress while i working there but when i leave my job that’s stressful
