-Staff complain of being watched via cameras and feeling threatened. 
-Workplace injury and stress leave are common topics due to staff injuries.
-Disorganized training with opposing instruction. “Every staff has their own routine.” Threats of being sued if not doing each routine correctly.
-Poor ergonomic practices with poor training. (Transfers, tight spaces)
-Staff are regularly hit, kicked, sworn at, and threatened, (inc outside work).
-Regular staff must check intoxicated/unpredictable/threatening residents for weapons/drugs without physical fitness requirement or defence training or safety equipment. 
-High opportunity for Full-Time and Easy Promotions if willing to look the other way.

Stressful place to work, no support from management. Routinely deal with violence and intoxicated individuals. Extremely busy, management expects more than you can possibly do in the run of a day.

Working with the clients was rewarding however the organization as a whole is disorganized and poorly managed.
Coworkers were great and helpful. 
Hardest part of the job is fitting all apts into your schedule and being comfortable with a flexible day.
Pay could be better for the type of services provided

provide acts of daily living to 12 clients through out the day. Assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and outtuings. Working on developing ongoing relationships with clients prone to negative behaviours ue to brain injury.

- 8-hour shift with heavy workload
- micro-manager at my site, you are supervised by cameras every corner
- collaborative staffs
- dealing with some disrespectful / threatening clients, can be hit/ kicked or bad words
- easy to apply for full-time position

the job is very interesting. there is a healthy relationship within the crew members and the clients. well supportive staff. amazing jobs done for the clients. healthy workplace environment

Management is dedicated to ensuring new team members are welcomed, supported and adequately trained. Environment is friendly and non-judgmental, making it a great place to work and grow.

No respect, terrible pay, high turnover rate. When you work here you are forced to take on an insane amount of clients that is unethical and unmanageable s
