Management doesn’t care about the servers at all, and CONSTANTLY throw servers under the bus. While your coworkers will likely be very sweet, management will never have your back, and if something goes wrong, they will force you to take the fall.

I worked there for about a year. During that year management had changed 3 times. Schedule was never made on time. Cancelled shifts at the very last minute or waited until you got in and sent you home.. WITHOUT PAY. Members are rude. Upper management doesn't know how to run a restaurant in general. Probably one of the worst places I’ve worked.

Management was dedicated to ensuring that employees were hard working and still enjoyed themselves.
Policies and guidelines made sense 
Overall clean and they really went by the guidelines and regulations
Best part was getting to know club members and members were overall very sweet and enjoyed seeing regular employees

Very unorganised place to work kitchen needs a massive renovation people i worked along were nice apart from annoying management and office ladies who will line up for their own food and stair at you when you are sweating in a busy service hours

 Great coworkers, and a decent environment. However,  members are not held accountable for their conduct. Managers do not show any employee appreciation. No Christmas parties, bonus pay, respect for the schedule you set or the pay you agreed on. 

This was a wonderful place to work for over 7 years. It was lots of fun and I made a lot of life long friends there. We would boo tee times, organize tournaments, buy and sell merchandise and manage day to day operations.

Fun place to work, most of the customers are friendly and easy to get along with. Throughout each day you will spend your time assisting members with their needs around the golf course.

Typical golf course job. Due to it being seasonal another job is required in the other part of the year. Because the club is private, everybody knows each other so the atmosphere is quite pleasant.

Amazing place to work staff is great amazing. Made some good friends get to play golf at one of the best golf courses. Managment is very nice. Got some nice hours and get to play golf when not busy.

Fun environment with the employees. Fast pace place to work at. Great place to learn and build your culinary skills. Very organized and professional place to work at.
