This can be a tough place to work, but is very rewarding if you look forward to a challenge and are a hard worker.

I've learned a lot about this industry and received a lot of help from my superiors along the way. They are willing to help you learn if you are willing to learn it. 

Management can be tough, but fair.  They ask a lot, but never ask anything of you they wouldn't do themselves. 

The culture is great, everyone gets along, for the most part, and is always willing to help out their fellow employees.

The hardest part of job can be the quick jobs and rush work; but what company doesn't have a rush job or a quick request from a customer? 

The best part of job is the people and the pay.  You work with people who are hard workers like yourself and they reward that hard work every time.

The pay is good and the people are friendly, though unfortunately business struggles and the nature of the print industry, its cyclical nature, and fierce competition make it difficult for this business to adapt to challenges, and as a result management is unable to make effectual long term change/improvement. There are also some of your typical small business politics nuances. Also, due to previous events, management does not "trust" most employees new and old, and so truthful information and news is not typically given to employees, and so morale tends to suffer in addition to seasonal layoffs.

Every day of work brings new opportunities and there is never a dull moment. Everyone is there for the same result, so working and cooperating as a team is very important. The hardest part of the job is using your time where it is needed the most - time management is key! I love seeing a project through from beginning to end. Making the customer happy is the best gift of all.

What a horrid place to work. It sounds good on paper, reasonable hours and compensation. Except prepare to be treated like a unionized labourer even in the office. Management is literally the worst I've seen in any workplace, not supportive or communicative. They truly don't care about burn and turn and most of the staff are nice but rough around the edges. Older environment for sure.

A typical day at work would be packaging commercial advertisements in an assembly line and just cleaning or helping in other areas of the factory as needed. I learned a lot about how to make quick and accurate decisions in a fast passed work environment. The hardest part of the job was trying to understand people of different ethnicities and balancing school, work, and social life.

Provided a great onboarding program for as long as I needed from one end of the plant to the other to get to know how everything works.  From quotes thru to shipping.  Most people were very friendly and helpful in all areas, office, plant floor, supervisors and management.

Most people are great, money is excellent although you need to pass their probation period first.  Not all team members seem happy but you can't make everyone thrilled with supervisors and bosses.  Gets hot in the summer but the huge fans help and they use water breaks

I worked briefly for this company in 2010 and I learned very quickly that I wasn't going to be accepted in the litho dept.  The negative behaviour I took from the litho supervisor was troublesome, unhealthy and intolerable.  Unions exist because of people like him and it's unfortunate investors allow this culture.

Stay away if you speak English not a welcoming atmosphere very cold co-workers no safety concerns in the place what's so ever.. there is nothing good about the place other than it was a job.. no training figure it out on your own..

There was a huge amount of team members and we all worked swiftly to get shipment out on time I had a great experience there learnt new and use full skill to help self improve would definitely recommended this job placement to fast pace team work loving people.
