Serving and customer service, learned to be patient and understanding with the customers, and helpful for what they would need, not to over sell them. Worked with some great co-workers others were alright to work with, and some made it for a long day. Hardest part of the job was when spending a lot of valuable time with a customer and they would come back to purchase the product off another salesman. By far the most enjoyable aspect of the job was the team spirit within the store.

I enjoyed meeting the people that I worked with. It was just a shame that it was only for a probationary period. I learnt how to operate the company's home system. I learnt how to deal with customer's, stressful situations and learnt the meaning of customer service.

I worked in customer service at the front cashes closing the sales for the salesman, confirming the delivery dates of the merchandise, confirming the address, making sure the merchandise being purchased was entered on the invoice correctly, making sure the customer's name was spelled correctly. Basically closing the same of the salesman.

I had to load and unload trucks, which I enjoyed because I enjoy working hard. I worked night shift on weekends and the travelling was hard. Also I found that the time given for us for breaks was too long and it made me sleepy.

This was a great experience, I felt like a guppy in a shark tank. I had to study for product knowledge, you must know what you are selling. Administration false promises.

The hours a flexible and so are the managers. Big staff and fast paced environment so there it's easy to stay busy. You learn how to multitask and get to work with the public.

The only downside is being forced to work during weekends if you're a part time employee. And it's a really nice job. I would recommend to others. Work can however be stressful
