Product knowledge and papaerwork follow up, sales, credit requests, delivery related follow up, customer care, after service care.

With management was really cool, staff depending of the team, only commission, so it was more like prepare you files, create customer loyalty, take care of all the sales stages, delivery, credits, follow up, repairs, etc... 
Staff was really depending of the team, new people all the time, to many changes, management also change allot.   Generally good.

The only complicated thing was to organised you live, since schedule is only posted the Saturday, so until then you dont know what your next week looks like, the company is great, the environment is really about the team and the location, customers can be very challenging in some locations, wich is a great learning experience.
A good school.

Management does not trust its employees and always checking up on work, phone calls without any reasons, considerations or letting employees know. 
No possibility of advancement, always demanding more and more (even when your work is done)
Left the job although I enjoyed my colleagues and the work. Could not handle the discrepancies in management. 

This job pays less than minimum salary because of commissions paid to employee based on sales. Every department has different commission structure and it is hard to move up the ladder because they management promotes who they want (mostly french people). There is no room for advancements unless you do favors. You are what u sell and the insurance u add on every sale and your pay reflects it.

Communication is the only really bad part of the company  no one tells u if there will be work or no work the next week it is just  spru
ng on u that u have a week or two off after a month or two of straight work...other than that it's good pay and good benefits and lots of hours when there is work....

An ok place to work in the overall. Management is ok too. Good team work in most departement. Coordination between department isn't the best, but it's mostly ok.

Good place to work, with great people. The job is not easy but with the team they have you want to go everyday. The thing I learn the most is that without a goog team the company is dommed.

Aggressive sales approach. Great I. The job trainings. Compétant management. Learned a lot about retail sales and customer service. Gained valuable experience 

I didn't feel it's a work environment that suits me and where i can evoluate. 

The managers were nice but the orgnisation is not good . 
the training is not appropriate .
