-Typical day at works consists of 10-20 account calls on a pre-determined route, selling new products, volume deals, and driving brand awareness & activation. 
-Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow from experience and company provided training. 
-Management can sometimes feel slightly disconnected from individual markets, but overall this is not a major issue. Managers always seem willing to help you advance your career if you are deserving.
-Culture can sometimes be divided in the sales force as some reps complain about almost everything, while others fully embrace their careers and face challenges head on.
-Hardest part of the job is finding work/life balance as there is always something else that can be done to improve your position in the market. This is good and bad because if you are willing, improvement can always be made, although the workload can be heavy.
-Best part of the job is probably compensation, benefits and potential career advancement. Although there is something to be said for being out in the market, meeting new people all the time to network with, and having some schedule flexibility.

Overall, good place to work and I feel lucky to be a part of this company.

Typical day of work is 8:30-5, officially, but is most days longer as you are given several tasks on top of sales that management doesn't give you admin time to accomplish. Union provides awesome benefits. Can no longer turn mileage and other expenses into taxes and the company doesn't provide any compensation. Would not suggest if you have children. Work life balance isn't true.

Great company. Worked as a Duel Territory Manager. Left for specific  reasons, but would work there again if right opportunity were to arise.

I should mention the immense amount of sales training the company pays and trains you for. This is invaluable training as a professional that no other company will provide.

Great management who prioritized work life balance.  I worked launching new unknown products in an insular market and goals were set unrealistically high with very little support to hit the targets.  Corporate was overbearing on how they wanted things to be done, whether or not the method was working

There seems to be a lot of micromanaging and direction coming from several different manager asking for things in different ways. It really is confusing when we are told to do things a certain way from one manager then a week later told to change that by another manager. For example, expectations for preplanning, surveys, sample processes, etc.

Dynamic and fun work environment with great opportunities in the long term but currently still in the development stages as a company in Canada. Limited career opportunities for high achievers.

A good company with some issues. I enjoy my job. Work/Life Balance is more work than life. Management is on the side of micro management sometimes. The worst part of the job is internal distractions. The best part is working on your own with new experiences everyday. Workplace culture is good everyone seems to get along very well.

Great company to work for, training is great, medium pace. Very independent job (creating your own schedule, working from home, travel a lot, work alone 90% of the time). Benefits are excellent and a lot of work perks.

Very nice and calm environment. People are so friendly and cooperative. I  learned a lot and upgraded myself. I am single IT person in Canada so that is little bit hard for me to coordinate with end users located at different region

IF you desire long work hours (evenings and weekends included) and little to no work/life balance you'll find this company desirable.  The culture was toxic according to indicators of a toxic work environment.
