Bredin College

When I was working there, there was a high employee turn over an for good reason. There was a lack of communication between departments as well as a lot of changes to core departmental functions that were implemented without much thought behind execution. Change management is something that upper management needs to work on. Communication is key in any work environment and there was not much communication from departments or from upper management. Furthermore the working environment was beginning to become very toxic with upper manager speaking badly about other employees to other employees, which happened on a regular basis. There was a lack of professionalism, respect and integrity within this company. Which is why many people left so suddenly. It's sad because the school had a lot of potential but all that potential in my opinion has been wasted. 

They tend to forget to pay instructors, or hold the money and pay late with an excuse.    I had to chase them many times to get paid and instructors were quitting over it.  Management is chosen based on friendships not qualifications.  Very disorganized and instructors are not valued...which is funny because they have no school without instructors.  Worst college I ever taught for.  Students are given so many extra chances so the school won't show them failing lowering the standards of the education.  I wouldn't  recommend this to work for or attend any programs.

Upper management is poor to deal with, very clickish.  Do not care about staff only mandates that harm all people.   High staff turn over on a continual basis should scream at you to run away.   Management have big egos.   Students are mostly low life's that no one else will accept for a good reason.

Leadership are very clicky and only hire and promote their buddies. Once they use you, they fire you and hire someone else. The pay is paltry and not worth the stress and hassle of it all. 

I will not hesitate to work here again. You have support from all levels, a very healthy collaboration with peers. Workplace culture is wonderful. They work hard and have fun. Everybody tries to do their best. The best company Manager  I ever had.

Working for Bredin College provides an opportunity to get experience I wouldn't be able to get elsewhere. It is a very fast paced environment but exciting to transform the college virtual over 2020. I love being part of the team that drives change!

I would not like to leave a review of this company at this time.  I left the company due to circumstances that legally I can't talk about.  I'm not quite sure what more to say.

This College is most unprofessional College to work with. Lot of Politics and back biting. Micro Management. Students services acted like enemy of the Faculty and out dated curriculum was taught due to lack of resources.

Everyone is really friendly and helpful. They will guide you on the march and help you achieve what you are looking for.
They will give you progressively tasks and duties so you don't feel overwlem.

Some one is always watching you and feeding the director . Work place is full of gossips and revenge. It is not a good place to work. Turnover is very high
