I've been with the company a short time and have never been more impressed with a company culture. The focus is on ethics, hearing my VP mention that they have turned away business from clients who themselves aren't ethical is very refreshing to hear having been in sales for a long time and never hearing anything of that nature.

The pros for BreezeMax in ethics don't stop there - I've never seen employees treated so well and so respectfully either. Management is great, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and will stop everything they are doing to help out the novices. Also teaching that we should respect our clients, be completely transparent, and provide top notch service to our clients. The amount of client follow up is great.

The product itself - second to none. Nearly all of our clients have shown very positive results when using our program, and campaigns always improve over time (CPC goes down, even in tough markets - typically). A very strong technical team with multiple certifications each ensures we run Adwords better than any other company in Canada. And we prove it time and time again when we take over accounts run by some pretty big names out there and instantly save our clients money sometimes by day one. I've seen many examples of this already. Very happy to be part of this team and if anyone out there is thinking of joining - you will be very lucky to do so.

Before joining BreezeMaxWeb, I wasn't sure of how long I would stay with the firm, but having worked with the firm for the past year I can definitely envision myself for a long time into the future

Overall, this industry is cutting edge. Each and every position is challenging. But, who wants an easy position? Easy, generally equals boring. And BreezeMaxWeb is far from boring. In fact, in a TDMA or Media Consultant position (where I started), you continually learn about businesses. If you want to understand how varying verticles work for the inside out, one of those positions is for you. If you want a challenge and enjoy the reward associated with handling them, then this is for you. However, if you want to float by with the least effort possible, one of those positions and overall this organization, will chew you up and spit you out.

I have been with BreezeMaxWeb for about a year and a half and I can honestly say, I have not had better sales training in my almost 15 year sales career.  This has been a phenomenal company to work for, the management team is wonderful and are always there to help and watch you succeed, if at anytime you need anything, the management team, technical team and administrative team are always available to offer their assistance.  Even though I am in an outside sales role, with BreezeMaxWeb, I don't feel as detached from the rest of the company as I have in past roles that I have had.  BreezeMaxWeb is truly a great company to work for, offering a very transparent advertising campaign to its clients, I am proud to be an employee here.

Rapid growth can be difficult for those who prefer low key, low reward jobs with little change involved. Company leadership is responsive and capable.
