Printer broken? Critical to doing your job? Check back next week. Trash overflowing, oh well. Someone didn't do their job,  oh well you do it for free for eternity.  
Close the pool for maintenance on the busiest day of the year,  sure why not? No one will complain.  Heck hotel guests are only paying 300 per night lol.  Simple things could be good with management that actual put in the effort. 
People that don't know how to do things in charge of training as management spends their days avoiding actual issues, so new staff flounder and some leave.  

Workday is filled with variety for Spa Therapists / Aesthaticians and Massage Therapists. The team is wonderful. New Spa management bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in creating a world class 5 star Spa. Exciting changes abound. You will not be sorry you applied! Very competitive wage and excellent perks. 

Working there was a total joke! 
Management has no clue how to run a department, quick turn over of staff which seems like management coddles the problem employees rather than building an actual functional productive team. 
Constant stressful working environment. 
Always under staffed. Lazy employees that keep their employment by crying and whining about being called out for their actions. 

Management understands that most people wish to work in hospitality temporarily and are willing to help you hone the skills you need to move on; plenty of opportunities for advancement within the hospitality industry, too, should you make your wishes known.
Pros: Industry perks. Benefits. Beautiful location. Encourage open and honest culture. 
Cons: Remote location. Mediocre pay. However, a lot of staff leave for better pay elsewhere but end up returning to Brentwood.

I worked there for awhile. The pub was VERY fun to work at, great managers and coworkers, steady income. It would be 5 stars but the rest of the resort is kind of toxic. Work for the pub. Don't work for any other venue there. The upper upper management is self absorbed and mean at times, with the exception of a couple that actually do work (there's two of them, the rest are horrid) and they seem to be worked to the bones. 

Brentwood Bay Resort is a boutique hotel that offers an opportunity to individuals at different career levels, however, given the limitations of size and economies of scale, opportunities for advancement are very limited.

Worked here for more than 1 year. Learned a lot about leadership and interpersonal  skills. Really badass and efficient  housekeeping team. Management is really good, fun to work with and supportive with both work and personal life. Lots of leadership programs available like human element etc. 

The best part of this job is its location with a stunning view of the Brentwood Bay Marina. The worst part is the management, they do not display integrity. Employees are in my opinion seen as just temporary assets, the turnover is ridiculous in all areas bad at all levels.

It's a pretty great place to work. No job is perfect, but I have friends at work and what I do matters and its taught me a lot about the industry.

It's pretty easy to get along with people, and for the most part the guests are lovely.

I love the people I work with and all of the amenities at the resort. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, my schedule is somewhat flexible and the benefits are great.
