Manipulative people. Without even being an actual company, they keep interviewing candidates for multiple rounds and after wasting their time, then say now our client needs to interview you. This can take several months, which in my case was 3 months. I ended up going with another and a real company. Also, Brevitas has a ridiculously long probation time of 9 month. This by far the only company I know with such an irrational probationary period. AVOID THEM.

I came from consulting so this place was no different. Smaller office so communication is quick. 
The company is growing and there is opportunities to grow. One has to ask for more responsibilities if you want to grow here. The pressure to deliver is here. 

We need to have a quarterly team meeting to update team of new clients and projects. The teams at client are slightly disconnected with us in office.

Advice to Management

Team-Building exercises are being well-developed. The events that I attended have resulted in connections with other team members - very worthwhile.

- A typical day at work is the same for every other, reviewing where we are, where we are going and how to get their.
- Every co-worker is on the same page on assignments and collaboration is part of result delivery
- The hardest part of the job is wanting to take a break when engaged because of the exposure acquired from assignments 
- The important part of the job is the people team mates and clients

I worked for Brevitas consulting for over a year and a half. I had a very good experience working as a consultant at a major pharmaceutical company. My colleagues were friendly, supportive and professional. The management was excellent to work with and highly supportive. Overall, I had an excellent experience while working as a consultant for Brevitas.

I found my experience at Brevitas very enjoyable and rewarding. The team was wonderful to work with and offered support and comradeship. Very professional management and great communication.

The people here are really nice even though I was just a student. I appreciate the time my superiors took to mentor me as I had a bit of time management difficulty in the start. it is a very fast-paced client-focused work environment but it teaches how to manage your time well.
