•	Process all supplier invoices.
•	Weekly cheque runs and wire transfers.
•	Maintain list for Vendors that need to be paid by specific due dates.
•	Weekly spreadsheet for A/P report for Accounting Manager. 
•	Daily dispatch – scanning daily shipping documents from the warehouse to appropriate folders.
•	Miscellaneous Receipts – Weekly run outstanding report and follow up on outstanding receipts not yet applied to a vendors invoice.  
•	Maintain Contract Data Base – update folder for all new contracts for both supplier and co-pack contracts.
•	Telus support – set up cell coverage for employees and order phones as required.
•	Run monthly Mastercard statements from HSBC website, scan to appropriate employees. Complete expense report for President and CFO.
•	File all invoices, journal entries and recs completed by the Finance team.
•	Complete account recs monthly, print reconcile GL to Sub Ledger.
•	Weekly pricing verification of the beer and cider for home consumer and licensee.

This has to be the worst job I've ever worked and I only worked there one day. The management does not care about anything but money, this results in new workers running around blind because they are not given any instructions. I was told when I started my first shift that a uniform would be provided for me, however it was not so I had to steal someone's pants. For whatever reason the management doesn't tell you when your shift ends only when it starts. I'm honestly surprised that factory hasn't burned down.

Like most factorys ,there were trouble makers .
Worked hard and had fun.
I worked ther when they were putting out 86 cans through the Filling machine a minute , ten skids a shift .
Then everything was upgraded and then we were putting out a skid of beer every 15 min.
We earned our money.
The lead hands were Awsome.

It's not brick anymore. Waterloo brewing doesn't give a hoot past their image. You are nothing but a number to them and management straight up treats the workforce like peasants. Top wage was just shy of better than minimum wage.

I worked here for 10 years and walked away , it was the most stressful place I've ever worked.The management  has unreal expectations. If you want to work where you get frowned at for having an outside life this is the place.

Horrible place to work don't care about anything but stuffing their pockets will lay you off with no notice at Christmas leaving your family to struggle as long as big Jims pockets are full.

Worked there for 6 months. Only to watch an alcoholic get promoted to Co Packer. This guy literally shows up to work drunk every day and got promoted!

I learned alot working for this company. I never new how beer was made in a high volume and now i do. they were a great company to work for.

It was a very interesting place to work as there was confusion based on where workers were placed. other workers were either happy or just plain miserable

I mostly do carton maker machine operating. learned how to handle different machines,  team working, workplace is good and peers also.
 The hardest part is assembly line work
