What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company has a dynamic but often unclear organizational structure, with frequent changes in roles and responsibilities that can make expectations difficult to follow and impact accountability across teams.
There is a noticeable disconnect between construction, operations, and leasing, which affects coordination and overall efficiency.
Employee turnover is relatively high, with burnout being a common reason for departure. In my experience, leadership can feel influenced by favoritism toward the owner’s family and friends, which may affect perceptions of fairness and consistency in decision-making

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There is no formal HR department in the company, as HR functions appear not to be prioritized by ownership. Support is limited to payroll administration, with no structured HR presence for employee relations or people management.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You establish the direction and stop the urgency around portfolios. 
what is urgent for operations is not urgent for administration. there is a clear disconnection and makes tenants frustration your dayli basis

I loved working at Brigil but the only thing is that you can not advance. Helped in creating the call center and someone else took the credit and brought a young person with no previous experience in call centers to be my supervisor. 
The pay is not very good. and the incentives are barely there.
i love the people there but they need to be attentive to those who work hard for the company 

Bad  company  to work for     they are   lousy in communications and don't  communicate well well with their  employees       I no longer work with  them  because I  got  injured and  was unable to  attend  work  so they  assumed I had  quit  so they  fired  me

Dont waste your time and mental health with them they are really not worth it and unprofessional they would fire you like a serial killer without even a professional apprach be very careful they will sell you a fake brand and culture while they have noone

Don't waste your career opportunities with this company, they do not value their employees not their clients and tenants. There's no loyalty and they're all about quantity over quality! Again, don't waste your time.

The company itself is very cheap and the owners are greedy and only think about themselves. Never in my life would I buy a Brigil home. On another side note, not the job you'd want unless you want to sit at a desk all day.

Great place to work owner is a great man.  With this being a all french speaking company and i only spoke English they accepting me with open arms and were very welcoming
