This company has a list of rules to follow called in short  " the best practices" if you choose to follow them you get written up and disciplinary action is taken against you. If you choose not to follow them you get written up and disciplinary action is taken against you. Either way with this company you are screwed if you do and you're screwed if you don't. This company's site supervision only wants to hear their opinion and view coming out of your mouth and any innovation or other ideas are met with complete backlash, aggression and belittling tones and comments to that employee They have leadership that aren't qualified to do the job, they show no real ideal for leadership in a 2020 setting and while their supervisors have the title of " leaders" in a sense they only see their roles as a power struggle and right and wrong and how much power they're giving up on their egos. Sad times

Management seem to spend their time looking at ways to make the lives of the employees as miserable as possible. Pointing out inconsistencies and fundamental issues with work processes will result in you being sidelined if not terminated. Most people at the company seem quite miserable to be there. No trust or brotherhood between the craft or between the craft and the management. Work for Brock if you have no preferable alternative, but don't make the mistake of ever thinking you are a valued member of a community, a team or a family. You are a number to them, they will use you and drop you like radioactive waste the moment that it suits them. 

The work day is very busy. Have to deal with a lot of other companies. Fast pace environment. Have to deal with very cold and hot conditions. 
The management are for the most part there to help whenever they can to made your job better and easier for you.
The best thing about the job is the satisfaction of a job well done.
The camp life is good  the food is fine and the camps are kept pretty clean.
The worst thing about the Job is having to be away from home.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The people were good and helpful.  The stress was low

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Waiting for permits waiting on testing if the line had asbestos or not. And long stand downs. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great culture.  Lots of different people from different parts of the world . 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Slow start but very busy at the end.

* A typical day at work was always a better one from the previous with extensive experience sessions.
*Impactful work time for future purpose.
*Materials provided and tools as required.
*Work culture meets safety's standards.
*Hardest part of work has been stressful but it has pushed us further into visible and fast solutions for future jobs.
*Enjoyable part of Job was accomplishing the project beyond expectations.


          I had a fantastic experience at this workplace! The team is supportive and collaborative, creating a positive environment. Management values employee input, fostering growth and development. The benefits are excellent, and the work-life balance is truly respected. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to thrive!

I have learned a lot , know all the materials and ways to build the scaffold . Over times were the best part over all good work place . They treated me great and I’d say there good to work for 

Good, reliable company. Worked with them a couple times and it was relatively good benefits and decent wages. Management had a lot of experience and a common sense. 

A typical day at work was a fast paced work environment which I enjoyed.
The most enjoyable part of the job was with the co workers and how much they wanted me to learn.
I really enjoyed working in this trade.

Overall not a bad company to work for, if you show up on time ready to work they give you a good opportunity to support your family. If you blow shifts and don't want to work hard, I suggest you look elsewhere!
