This is by far the Bast company I have ever worked for. My managers treat me with respect and care about me as an employee and a person. There is so much opportunity for advancement and appreciation of a job well done. Brogan goes above and beyond for their dedicated staff. Giving additional holidays during COVID, never laying off an employee, giving employees profit share even during thought times, offering employee assistance programs at no cost and ensuring a great work/life balance. 

I honestly enjoy going to work on a daily basis and absolutely love my job more than ever before in my life. 

I could go on for days about all the benefits and great things about this company! 

Brogan Safety is a good company to work for. In my time working at Brogan Safety I have experienced a family-like atmosphere and seen a lot of opportunity for further training and growth. The wages are fair for the position and they post expected remuneration in their job postings. I have heard in the past there were some issues with upper management, but this has not been my experience. In my time at Brogan upper management has been supportive of their employees and their development.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Co-workers were really great people. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No training providing. No guidance or direction from Branch Manager. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Coworkers were great people but lots of frustration with the lack of direction and account from the Branch Manager. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
As an outside sales manager you’re on the road all day making cold calls and finding clients.

Brogan has unfortunately been on a down hill spiral over the last year and a half. Due to poor management in inside sales, it’s led great employees to quit their jobs and go else where.  You are treated poorly and expected to go above and beyond your scope of work just to be berated and paid terribly. You can work there for years and never receive a raise. Starting wage is not comparable to any other inside sales job. You get paid way less and have to deal with drama. Brogan has the potential to be great, and their first step is to start acting professional and choose proper management. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Having steady work even during spring break up

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unclear expectations. Management says one thing than the next day it changes. The kicker is that they don't tell you the procedure changed. You find out by getting scolded. Plus no raises. If they make a promise get it in writing before taking on more responsibility. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Non existent. Its every man for himself. Super toxic in the shop.

For a safety company, Brogan safety supplies could not care less about the safety and well-being of their own employees. The training is insufficient and they expect you to excel at things you weren't actually trained to do. Very unorganized and very unprofessional. Most employees are extremely rude and make derogatory comments about everyone around them, especially women. Lazy people that cut corners wherever possible to save a couple bucks.

Every day at Brogan is fast paced as customers want their orders asap. We do our best to be thorough and clean equipment to the best of our abilities. I enjoy the relationships the employees have together and the relationships they have built with customers as well. The hardest part about the job is trying to stay on top of all your tasks with such a small staff. Overall my experience with this company has been a great one. 

You are treated poorly, it will never matter how hard you work-management does not care. Raises are rare, you are expected to do more than you were hired for or expect to be written up. They tell you that you can refuse unsafe work, when in reality you will be written up for refusal of any job. All of management within this facility are arrogant and rude. You will never advance within this company. 0/10. If you care about your mental health or can't handle being degraded daily, this job is not for you.

You are pushed and berated daily to get jobs done or risk being fired. The management, who has no experience in the jobs you  perform,  expect things to be done in some kind of supermam pace but want the quality to be top notch, but don't you dare try and work overtime, that cuts in to the managers bonuses. Definitely jobs out there that pay way better and you don't get yelled at for other people's short comings. Used to be an ok place, not these days though 

Lots to do, lots to learn.  New management was responsive to requests and always let you know that we could approach him with concerns or just to ask for help/advise.  Staff was friendly and approachable and extremely knowledgeable.  Lots of opportunity to learn and specialize in any of the services. Learned alot from everyone.  Great benefits, pizza lunches occasionally and lots of swag.
