Within a six month period over 30 staff either resigned or were terminated. E/D was unprofessional, did not have the qualifications under Emeritus' job description and was terminated from her two prior jobs!

Brookdale has a high standard of care for their residents. They appreciate their employees , and offer training so that employees can be promoted from within the company.

Worked with some really great people. The feeling that you matter and you make a difference to peoples lives.

Pray daily and Do your job .Short staff.Do slot more than what's on your job description.Building has alot of repairs  need to be completed .Alot of things need to be addressed 

good team and manager friendly. I "m cook and take care salad bar , i love senior resident people and work for brookdale. I wish if I can continou work at canada place
