OMG! This is the worse company I never seen. The management are so terrible, I am not sure who is own that company but a lot of work need to be done asap. The communication between management and others is none. They need to hired professional stuff to take care of that business. When you call at the office, only the answer machine will talk to you, even you leave a message, no one not going to give you a call back. When you email, no one to reply. I have been email them 100 thousand of time regarding my t4, it has been over year now, still no one get back to me. They offer you shifts at the beginning, shortly later, you never here from them. Call them always a waste of time. Management does not know how to take care of stuff and keep good communication between.  I will never refer who ever it is to work with them or hired that company. I had really bad experience with management and it was a drama for me.

Company goes by many names to hire employees, however once hired they do not place NEW staff.   Compliance and policies do not exist. Internal staff work 24 hours around the clock with 0 compensation other than 8 hrs  Mon to Friday    Do your research,  and I suggest you are reluctant to accept any work from this company. 

There are many more reputable companies out there who will retain you for your talent, and treat you with respect.  

Management seems to have 0 communication skills and all employees are ‘morons’ in her language

The communication is great, the culture second to none.  Supervisors are awesome and understanding.  Treat you like a person not just a number.

Schedule is very flexible they have a great work and life balance.  They care about your family as well as you.  They help build confidence especially if you have been unemployed for a while.

They help build your experience.   Even if you have not done the job before they coach you and guide you to be better at what you do.

Pay is fair.

I would recommend this company to anyone.

I enjoyed the time I stayed working  assigned by Brylu.
I worked at Bowness and High River and the days I spent working with the staff was rewarding both in terms of the team spirit displayed and the conducive work environment. The staff members at these locations were friendly and were willing to share experience to newly recruits like me to which it made me more comfortable and confident to carry on my responsibilities with care and diligence.

I applied for a mobile healthcare Aide, the recruiting staff sent me a hiring package, I filled it out and also let them know I will be attending a first aid course. I contacted them numerous times to let them know I completed the course as well as receiving my criminal record check . No one emailed me back or called me back . Before  they were emailing me back and calling me with constant communication. I was slightly annoyed with the management and felt let down .

Brylu is the least professional company I have ever worked for. The lack of communication between staff and employees is absolutely appalling. No one at the company seems to know what's going on or who to contact about anything. The staff are always "out of office" or on vacation and no one has clear answers to any questions.

This is a staffing agency. You are on call to jobs that open up every day. It is expected that if you want work be ready to take what is offered that day. It’s a good work life balance, as you can choose to work or not. They try their best to give you work. Of course you don’t receive benefits as it is an on call position.

Great experience and work , some facilities have crazy staff who will assign you the heaviest floor denie you to go for your break. While some will treat you well help you were need. Communication is the big problem with Brylu most cases they don’t pick calls you leave a message they don’t return back, you write an email they take 3 + days to answer I hope they can work on that to serve their staff better.

I’ve worked in this company for not just a month long but years and what made me decided to stick to it is the fun and experience moreover I’ve learned a lot and enhanced my skills being a health care aide. It pays more and convenient to work with.  The company is unique and very good on handling people.

Worked here for 8 months after I graduated 
Learned so much training was efficient and thorough got to work at  many sites and met great people the coordinators and Manager were nice and respectful and helped me get hours when I finished school
They arranged hotels and food and bus for me to get to work when I picked up shifts in other places
