The job is what it is, cleaning/detailing cars. if you're good at it they tend to keep you around, but the amount of work they expect out of you for the pay you earn is not worth it. Good for training younger people work ethic, but no show of reward for a hard days work. Sales associates are treated like gods where the regular workers that do all the work are treated like less than a numbered worker. Don't expect any raises, some of the managers are on your side and they want you once you've proven your reliability and will help at times. Then they rely on you too much for what the paygrade is. If you drive, don't sign the insurance to become a driver, you have even more responsibilities at maybe a fifty cent raise after probation and then some. Slow days, you'll get sent home early if either you have more hours than others, or you're not doing their standards, hence making it next to impossible to even live with what the cost of living is at. I do appreciate most of the training they've done, but when you ask to be trained on other things they hum and haw and make excuses for why you don't need to learn those certain things, as you're trying to improve more on yourself. You can show and prove your work quality and speed, but that only makes other co workers angry with you, as the managers expect the same out of them out of them as they do with you. I've seen more than enough people come and go to replace the whole team more than twice in the mediocre time (more than a year, less than two) I've been there. It's not a job to die for, the older ones that have been around for more than a decade chose to be there, making it understandable why the turn around rate is so high.  

Manager doesnt care how new you are or if a mistake was even your fault, if they dont like you everything is blamed on you until you are fired with no reason given or explanation. Manager will resort to threatening to fire you if you mess up too much but also will not provide any additional training or help afterwards. They'll either send you to a different location or just fire you. Doesnt matter if its the smallest mistake there was 0 paitence from management. Doesnt matter if you're full time, was sent home nearly everyday, if they even had me come in in the first place. And the days they didnt have me come in was unpaid on call for the entire morning. Manager and veteren employees were always mad at each other, sometimes yelling at each other then just walking away. My coworkers and supervisor were all very nice and I really did enjoy working with them though, they try their best to help new hires.

I did really well working with my coworkers. I had tons of fun working with the employees and service advisors who also worked there. the only problem was with management. Many of the managers were micro-managing. Consistent yelling for no reason and some of the managers even brought their problems from home into work with them. They made the environment super difficult to cope with and really wore on my mental health. That was the hardest part. the job itself is incredibly easy. i learned how to clean vehicles and keep customers happy.

On day 2 i was verbally attacked by 2 corworkers, one tried to get me fired but failed horribly like an idiot. The employees and managers talk rudely behind people backs and are snakes.
Managers dont give 2 Fs about you or your health. The manager will sit back, watch and allow other employees to yell at you, verbally abuse and threaten you.
They expect you to do the maximum but pay you minimum. 
You will never feel happy or paid what you are worth working for bubbles.

Management was a helicopter manager. Wouldn’t trust certain people to do their job properly, and had a couple favourites of the employees. If no cars were coming in, in the winter mind you, you were still expected to stand outside. Swept gravel off the lot. Dictated how to clean a car, even if you did what you were supposed to do, just in a different order. Over all…. No

There is extreme favoritism that happens and they do not punish those who do things wrong instead they promote them and basically tell the hard workers they mean nothing. They allow some people to disrespect others while also punishing others for doing literally nothing wrong. 
It's extremely stressful and extremely rushed. 

This place has straight poison in the blood i don’t know if it was sal or Tasha who’s the one who can’t stop the poison and toxicity in the company, power tripping managers. To Sal always checking all locations to see if everyone is working. I learned so much from this company, lots of manual work, lots of like immigrant workers. Lots of workers quit. Turnover HIGH

Terrible place to work. The only thing to look forward to is seeing your coworkers and cleaning the occasional car.

Upper management is always looking down on the employees and nitpicking everything they do. They refuse to go back to full time hours but just opened a new location that isn't doing as well as they had hoped.

As a returning employee from Stony plain road I was being made fun of and being treated like absolute dirt in the location, I felt like I was being targeted all the time. If anything I would rather work for Uber eats then being stepped on. Besides that the general managers also treat their employees like as I was not experienced and no respect for the work working people. 

You are scheduled for 6 hours then they will going to cut your hours to 3 hours when it is not busy or sometime they will going to send you home when you arrived at the carwash. Very low pay for a loaded job. I accept $15 per hour for detailing car. Not knowing you will do everything in the shop. You will do the carwash, lawn mower, laundry.
