The money is worth some but not neccesarily all of the bs, specifically the manaagements active seperation of black employees from one another in terms of what bars they work. They are also extremly unorganized considering alot of them do this yearly so you spend quit a long time waiting for them to get their stuf together (i.e. cashing people out, emailing people about shifts, forms, etc). The supervisors are on a power trip and are completely unprofessional but the amount of tip you can make is well worth the disrespect. Just stay silent and play nice and you can make very good money.

I truly love my job at Budweiser Stage. I have learned so much about events and how to both plan and run them, and have expanded on many of my skills - specifically my teamwork and leadership skills. The hardest part would be the amount of tasks that can add up, mainly involving things that need to be done for patrons. I do not have a bad thing to say about both this job and organization, and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in working hard in the entertainment industry.

I would came in sometimes at 12 and prep for the day for example cut tomatoes or set up to fryers and grill to start cooking as the day went on cashier in the front would tell me an order from the window and me and my team would began preparing the order for example say the call for a burger we would put a patty on the grill let it cook serve it hot with cheese and fries on the side

if you are bartending or beervending, the tips you make are all yours so on a good day you can make $300 cash to take home. getting cashed out by management takes time because they got few accountants wise it's a good job if you're focused on the money and enjoy music and don't mind standing for hours.

I got hired on the spot! I believe if you show up genuine with good energy you will be matched that respect. Serving drinks during a show I mean as someone who loves hospitality and music it doesn’t get any better tho I did feel anxious at moments but you can get over that. 

Working at Budweiser stage was an amazing experience since I never imagined myself working at a webbers food stand at a concert venue. The people there were outstanding and worked really well together which I enjoyed because I stand by team work. The fast paced environment taught me a lot and strengthened my skills.

Like any workplace - there are pros and cons. Money really depends on the demographic of the guests and what music is being played! The supervisors are generally really great but the upper management can be frustrating (silly rules like having to count cups at the end of the night) all in all - can’t entirely complain. It’s a decent summer job 👍🏻

Love my job, love the tunes, and there are some great sunsets. I have the support I need to do my job, and if I need to discuss something they are available to me.
