I didn't find it stressful at all.

Doing what I'm supposed to do.

This company does not care who they hire and have no idea how to build a good team. Office people are difficult to deal with and they can make your life miserable very easily. They send you all over the place on a very short notice and you can never make your own plans. There's no base salary, they can keep you high and dry for a couple of months while you'renot making any income.

My boss was great and far away so i got to work alone and he mostly left me alone. Hard to be alone all the time, lots of travelling.

Staff in Toronto are difficult to deal with, didn't make me feel like I was part of the team, the exact opposite actually., upper management are the old boys club.

If you are diligent and know what are doing this is a company to work for.
And am saying it despite that I was fired, I have the best opinion of BFG. Great Company to work for. Excellent benefits and care 

-Management is unorganized
-You never know where you're going next.
-Last minute phone calls to be somewhere 4 hours away
-Nights and travel constantly
-They preach (religion) at you during meetings
-The guys were great when I was there

a lot of load of work, and poor wage no incentives and  8 hr work with 1/2 hour luch that you need to pay with work, no  any brakes provides for the company,  really minimum  benefits that you need to qualify after 6 months of provation, where you get really nothing, no room for advancement, they have the ethic  winning/ losing 

Management treats employees like slaves. No matter how hard you work and how dedicated you are you will never get appreciated and forget about getting a raise in this company. Most of the project managers are busy making money under the table. Avoid getting a job here if possible.

There's always long hours.  So some employees are overworked and there is not a lot of support from direct supervisors or upper management.  Not a lot of room for growth either.  

BFG is a well established contractor located in the GTA. Great for young electricians . Opportunity to travel across Canada. Great management to back you up in order to get the job done.

Good, hard-working people to work with. Good variety of work and working hours. lots of travel and not a lot of time at home with your family. Be sure to bother your foreman for more work or they will let you sit at home.
