Busch Systems is a great company to get some experience fresh out of school looking for experience... or if you happened to be related to one of the VP's, which will ensure job security through its many staff purges through the years (covid being the worst of course).   If you want a career and to contribute, look elsewhere.   Company is concerned about image more than staff, profitability or the environment.   

The employees were great and friendly and like the managers, you are not asked to work very hard.  Unfortunately that's where the pro's end.  Management protects themselves and their kin above all else, and doesn't welcome ideas or change from others.  The products are replicas of competitors top products, only with a feature or two no one asked for and over priced... making them difficult to sell and not as competitive as the company would have you believe.

Look elsewhere if looking to grow or contribute.  If you just need a 9-5, could do worse. 





Job is decently stressful for making only garbage cans , HR  and warehouse management rarely allow time off and are very rude about it being taken ,very unprofessional , warehouse management is never in the warehouse to help or answer questions , sales & management except to much from not enough staff , Don’t trust their “open door policy”  management and hr aren’t trust worthy, they spread the word faster then Wild fire  , wouldn’t recommend until management and hr changes. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to any family or friend. Don’t waste waste your time on this place , you definitely can find  better

I was with Busch Systems for 3.5 years and I can positively say that it is by far the best workplace environment you could possibly ask for. The culture is far from the soul-sucking “corporate” culture that is so prevalent at other companies. Everyone genuinely supports and encourages each other. Everyone is hired based on what they uniquely bring to the company, and it makes for a very collaborative, not competitive, environment. I only resigned because I lived so far away and had to find a position that was closer. I miss working at Busch Systems every day.

Amazing place to work. if you're lucky enough to score an opportunity here you will get to experience true workplace culture and work/life balance. You are treated as a human here, not "just" another employee. Fair pay, opportunities for growth, and good management. If you're willing to work, it will not go unrecognized. 

There's a high turnover for a reason but it's as good a place as any if you want to get into sales but it's glorified telemarketing. Cold calls on the phone and you don't really have the power to do anything or make deals, just pitch the product line.

I worked here for over 10 years.  I experienced a lot of change but the changes that resulted from COVID made the company and culture stronger.  COVID allowed the office positions to become hybrid allowing for the perfect work/life balance.  Even with the remote positions, management creates amazing social events to bring coworkers together.  

All the managers are best friends.  None of them are actually qualified for their roles.  The CEO is absent 100% of the time.  The HR Manager has no input or say in anything, the Operations Manager overrides everything.  

This company is very "clicky" its worse than highschool

This place has an identity crisis.  Says that it is progressive but treats their employees like they are stuck in the 80s.  I mean dedicated parking spots for management...really!!!  Management states one thing and then does another.  Don’t let the living wall fool you.  The environment is toxic.

Never been included in the department, backstabbing people, rude and exclusivists. Felt uncomfortable all the time, couldn't work at full capacity, always criticized by the "logistic manager", person incapable of holding the position. Very rude people.
