I  work at Butler Concrete and Aggregate  I can say that it is a great place to work. The company is supportive and respectful, the work environment is safe and clean, and the pay and benefits are competitive. Toxic  Management Lots of people are always looking out for themselves it's a very toxic environment with people trying to make others look poorly taddling and in Many cases will never own up to their own mistakes bent over backwards to place responsibilities on you even when the reason a mistake occurred was because of dispatcher There is very little ability to communicate your concerns without conflict 
Their attitude is that you don't have a life outside of this place unless you're part of the favorite class of employees that came come and go freely with out reprisals

Seem to be a good team of people in my short time there

Not knowing what time you’re going to start or what time you’re going to finish from day-to-day

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good people to work with but hit and miss with the customers at the job site.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
WET . lol fast paced then slow down. Days do seem to fly by quick.

Average pay average benefits. Days can be long but the killer is the toxic environment created here. Management talks down to you  and have high opinions of themselves.Treat hourly people very poorly and kickout anyone whoever disagrees or has a different opinion. Amazing they would treat employees very poorly, especially with the labour shortage that is going on currently every where. Just run people to somewhere else I guess there loss. 

Fantastic team environment with a small company feel with all the perks and pay you would get at a large corporate job.
CEO knows employees by name and genuinely cares about their safety and work life balance!

I would highly recommend Butler Concrete & Aggregate to anyone looking for a rewarding career path. Tons of opportunities to learn and advance.

Wouldn’t recommend working here especially since there is better options elsewhere in the area. Low pay pathetic benefits and treat people very poorly cause they believe they are the only game in town.  Have a high turnover rate for a reason. To many better options available to waste time with these guys.

Great place to work and even a greater group of people.  Like everywhere there is certainly room for improvement but in the stressful world we have to live in this can be tough.  Thanks everyone.
