What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part about working at the company is managing heavy workloads while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high performance standards. At times, balancing multiple tasks at once and handling unexpected challenges can create pressure, especially during busy periods. However, these situations have also helped me improve my time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment and culture at the company is collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced. Team members are encouraged to share ideas openly, work together to solve problems, and support one another’s growth. There’s a strong emphasis on communication, continuous learning, and accountability, which helps foster a positive atmosphere where people feel valued and motivated. What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day for me at the company starts with reviewing priorities and checking emails or messages to plan my tasks. I focus on completing assigned responsibilities, collaborating with team members when needed, and ensuring that my work meets quality and safety standards. Throughout the day, I stay organized, manage deadlines, and handle any unexpected tasks that may come up. I also make time to communicate updates and ask questions if clarification is needed. Overall, each day is productive, team-oriented, and focused on delivering good results.

A typical day as a payroll person, is busy each and every day. I learned lots, as different payroll software became introduced in the prior years before i got laid off. Management are excellent managers to work with, whenever you call them they will answer you as soon as is possible for them, they work extremely hard and are always busy, but never to busy when i reached out to them. The hardest part of the job is the constant emails to answer, some often require instant answers, phone calls from employees can sometimes be hard. The most enjoyable part of the job is the efficiency of the great staff i worked with over the years.

It has Good employee and employer relationship

When at work some of the teash are nit sorted out by customers in my workplace sometimes there are heavy lifting

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very cool Boss to talk to i only encountered one supervisor who is like  a bully but now the supervisor is already out of the workplace due to his attitude towards us workers

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Cool and warm reception woth my co workers

Scrubbing the counters and tables with a rag, making sure you change your water every use on a different area. Sweeping the floor. Sorting out garbage in the correct bin. Tying it and bringing it to the room where the rest go to be picked up and disposed of. Hardest part is how fast paced things get during lunch. when you’re not at your station doing a different  part of your task, people try to throw their own trash for you. Only to make more work cause they put it in the wrong bin.  The enjoyable part is seeing your other coworker on the other side knowing you’re not alone. The salary of course is nice. 

Working nights for C&W Services can be frustrating due to people always calling in sick, and having to be constantly rushing to complete your run to do other runs. I've learned while working there that the people are the best part of the job. We always joke around and have fun during break times, but there's a lot of cons to working there. Management has a lot of favoritism and if you aren't a favorite you can say goodbye to your job. The hardest part of the job is just trying to get through the night or dealing with management's horrible attitudes.

Management was despicable. Favoritism galore. Managers just out for themselves who are supported by upper management who sit on their hands too afraid to do anything about the lower managers who are in no way qualified to be managers. HR is a joke...she just tries to strong arm you by telling you that if you want something to laugh at to go home and laugh at your kids. Completely inappropriate to be in an HR position. Definitely a good ol boys club but they are all too incompentent to be managers.lol Yet they think they are smarter than everyone else.lol

the management will through you under the bus at no time if something goes wrong , they will never admit any wrong doing on their behalf, keep in mind they will hire you to remove the hot coal for them with bare hands , nothing more. Make sure to keep all the correspondence for future reference and ask for PPE in writing .

You are expected to complete your "run" and then immediately go cover for someone else. You don't get a shift premium for nights, you get minimum wage! Management doesn't answer questions, even if you ask. Being a night shift, hardly anyone regularly shows up. You have a handful of regulars, then everyone else comes in sporadically. Fire your inattentive staff and hire new ones. 54 absences since the 1st of JAN? Sad.

I start working for C&W services and was shocked that there was no breaks. You only got 1/2 lunch and worked until you went home. I left the company and still haven’t gotten paid and that was at the begging of April, 2019. I talked the the person who hired me and said she has no idea when I’ll get paid, because I quit. 

Not happy at all, that I did my job but still haven’t gotten paid for it. If this is how they treat their employees then its no wonder the turn around is pretty high for this company.

Pretty busy area, talking about Students, always on the run. Learning is to how you handle and to be coordinate to a different cultures. Management they were always looking for the fall guy in order to prove their existing position that they posses. Workplace cultures was a good lessons to learned. Hardest part, is a job that you have to endure. Enjoyable part is good when your co workers are always cooperative and always working in a team work.
