As far as call center jobs go, this is far from the worst you can get. Pay is average, coworkers are usually pretty cool and management, well, management is management, but it could be worse. There is some soft sales objectives to attain but you can go almost a year probably before they start asking on why you have ''poor results''

If you despise call centers, this company won't change your mind, the work is pretty repetitive and non stimulating, but hey you need to survive and you could do worse.

Many training modules and remote work is possible.

Certain tools and system applications are not reliable.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture depends on which area you work and the leadership is quite  fragmented.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Alot of meetings and ppt presentations

Considering that the job is downtown in a hight risk for crimes area
Considering the many taste that is asked
Considering that they preach advancement in the company and yet no available advancement
Considering they ask your opinion to better run the company and the clients very few tips are considered 
The salary and the bonus are very cheap compared to the living coast 
There is no long term chances for you at CAA  you can barely survive with that salary

Terrible salary. Shared discuting dirty work stations. Expect to work any type of hours. Say goodbye to your weekends. You can be late or miss 2 or 3 times a year, otherwise you'll be constantly reprimanded and under the threat of losing your job. Not to be overlooked, 10 minute breaks only. You can't do anything with a 10 minute break and don't be late coming back from it.

CAA-Québec is a relax place to work at. People are friendly and there is not much stress. It is a family friendly environment for those who don't work at road side assistance 24/7. The main problem is that communication from top to bottom about changes or clear policies is sometime missing. After 14 years there, I can truly say that it is a good place to work with good benefits and good enough earnings.

I'm 23 and I've had over 10+ jobs in my life and Caa is probably the 1st or 2nd on my list. I don't work there anymore, but had a great time working there. It's a non-profit organization, therefore they care about their client's satisfaction more than actually making money out of them and they also their own employees. I would recommend working there.

Loved my time at CAA-Québec. Great place to work for. My day always started with some small talk with the managers. Super cool people by the way with lots of life experiences and lessons to share with us. If anything happens during the shift you can call any of the managers and they'll resolve any problem. Great team and great environment to work in.

Caa is a good place to work if you are in college. 
I got along with everyone. 
It's call center work so you have to expect to deal with difficult situations. But it's nothing compared to other places I worked at.

It was great working there for 15 years until they closed the department and I lost my job. I started out as an advisor in 2004 at a different location which closed in 2012.  I was subsequently transferred to the remaining location where I remained until they decided to close in November 2019.

if you like to help people, then it's the place to work. Last technologies in towing equipements, recent trucks, real week ends and stable shifts. i was working with great people. on point formation. the only problem was the boss above our team leaders was a jerk.
