Pays decently for the work you do, but that's where it ends. Management expects you to do overtime whenever they ask, and will take it personally if you decline. They even tried to get a certain amount of overtime mandatory in the union contract but failed miserably (see: August strike)

Coworkers are your only reason to come in every morning; the staff is quite easy to get along with, and often share these sentiments in secret. Management acts like your sick days make you a liability, will shuffle staff around in the department based on their mood, and loves to discipline.

Could be one of the best Ford dealerships on the Atlantic if you cut everyone in a management or ownership position and rehired. But that's not going to happen, to apply elsewhere.

Typical day is very busy, almost feels like it goes by in the blink of an eye. Staff and management are always there to help you the best they can and management always has your back when needed.

Literally, the worst place I’ve worked at. Managers are the biggest problem of all… Very catty, toxic, unpleasant place to head into. Everyday, all day feeling like your walking on eggshells. They could care less about the well being of their employees and little to no respect from management. Don’t even waste your time or mental health on this place.

Typical work day is busy, but fun! Service team works well with each other and provides support in all aspects of the job. Management has changed over the last number of years creating a successful work environment. Not everyday is perfect but provides a great opportunity to grow. Overall would recommend this team and dealership.

Very faced pace work environment, friendly staff and management eager to help you out when needed. Always has your back in a time of need. 
The knowledge you gain of vehicles and the service industry/automotive industry is one of the best benefits from the job 


Management unprofessional and use bully tactics to get there own way if you speak up on behalf of employee/customers. Very rumour driven environment and a HR nightmare if there was one. Not trustworthy with the customers and will put your own integrity at risk. Very high turnover for a dealership. 

You work long hours and get nothing in return not even a thank you. Have to walk around on egg shells around management. One Department is working against the other. 

This establishment is run by people who got lucked into these positions. Employee care is little to none and you can be as easily replaced as quick as you came in and its told to you. Very judgmental catty work environment

Fast paced environment and a very rewarding job. Change in management over the last few years has made a significant improvement in the working environment. Pay is on par with similar positions at other dealerships.

Horrible place , management,  atmosphere and overall just a very toxic work environment.  I have worked many places but this was by far the worst of the worst.
