My typical day at work consist of answering phone calls, greeting new/current and old clients. Billing, accounting and documentations are some of my basic daily tasks.

This company has given me a chance to refresh my skills and focus on my career goals more.With excellent management and a supportive staff, it make going to work a lot more enjoyable.

Having to multi-task and work at constant requests for projects to be done at a short time is a challenge sometimes.

Going to work and knowing that I enjoy the work I do is the best part of my job.

The people I got to meet and work with during the time I was there and management that were helpful

Exams and taking tests , being nervous

Spectacular environment, friendly respectful and considerate and careing professional

Study learn ask questions and find answers take notes study for tests and exams

I was referred here by a friend and was of course very skeptical, however, it wasn't about the company as opposed to the actual position and job details.  There was plenty of support and sufficient training I felt, but probably not suited to everyone.   It was a good fit for me mostly due to my past experience it seems, but overall, I would highly recommend them.

The hardest part for the admissions advisors  is to convince the potential students that they might get a job as a flight attendant. 90% of the students that sigh up have virtually no hope in getting hired as a flight attendant. Yet it’s the schools culture to paint a dream that’s it’s a possibility . Even to a 50 year old that it’s possible . There is no proper HR department , responsibilities are push from one person to the other. Everyone is for themselves and hate their job and are on looking to move on.

This company is under new ownership where I worked for a few months in the international student department .  Communications at best is day to day Decisions are made by the owner at an Instance base on reactionary situations . One of the most mismanaged company I have ever worked for led by , no vision and objectives. My advice, do not apply.You will learnt nothing and regret.

The people at CTC are great. Very positive atmosphere, where people are actively trying to help each other. We tell lots of jokes and are always keeping things light. This translates to the classroom. Students are generally enthusiastic and focused on their studies. Not a bad day in the three years I have been here.

Great structure to work in and following an AHLEI curriculum which is very good but needs adjustment bringing it into this century.
I enjoy teaching Hospitality as my main focus that fits perfect with my personal experience.

Nice campus with lots of new furniture.  The only good thing about working here was the staff I worked with. There seems to be a high turnover rate higher, staff come and go. There is also a lot of favoritism.




Very relaxed and fun place to work, you are given full support and help from the senior management to perform at your best. Everyone supports each other very well making each day of work exciting and enjoyable.

Process are miss managed. very poor management. Students do not speak English, everyone is accepted .Very mediocre but egoistic Owner. They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out
