I have been an employee now for over 1yr full time.
Strated out as a temp stayed that way for 14mths.
While I became unsure of being hired on as full time.
While I was still a temp. Supervisors would look to me to train new ppl .witch showed me that I was trusted and respected as a potential hire. I learned as much as I could as a temp can did my best on learning all jobs that were asked of me . On line and for change overs 
Lastly nlike like to say between my time as a temp and a full time hire. The company and its supervisor are vary understanding when it comes to family matters..
Whit all that being said I'm not looking to kiss butt or
 Looking for anything. These is just what I have experienced with my time here.. take it for what you wish to .. but hard work patience will go far...

Believe me, not a good place to work. If you enjoy working in unsafe working conditions due to oil, sharp metal, poorly maintained equipment, and being exposed to cancer causing chemicals--you will love this job!

Very high turnover with temporary workers and operators due to job conditions and grinding parts like a slave. Supervisors do not ask if you need anything or see how you are doing. 

I dont mean to be negative but this job did not provide any benefits whatsoever aside from the fact that if you are running a press, you are in charge of that press for the day.

Company relies entirely on temp agencies for production and management. High turnover rate among all departments as most new "hires" end up quitting within days - if not hours. Wages never increase, benefits aren't offered, and no promotions are offered. 

New Steel and Aluminum tariffs imposed by the Trump administration might soon affect the company's production output being this is a metal stamping factory.

Enjoy waking up and going to work which never really was a thing for me before.  High turnover rate but this is due to lazy temps, the work is easy.  Supervisors show compassion for employee safety and regularly inquire of any safety concerns.  Some of the parts are very hot and will burn your hands through even two pairs of gloves if handled too long, but this is easily avoidable.

Smoking mirrors .people intentions are not good at that location. For some reason if they feel your not part of the team they go to great lengths to give you work to hurt your body.  Alot of people there have mental problems and drug addictions.  

Very dirty place to work. Very loud. Unprofessional. Management is very rude and doesn't care about you at all. The pay is not worth the job you do. They hire you whenever they feel like it but no sooner than atleast 3-6 months.

Completely disorganized, disrespectful and unprofessional. Complete disregard for safety or consideration for another person. Not to mention that if you disagree they will make false accusations about you. Don't waste your time with a place like this 

A fast-paced production company with emphasis on efficiency and productivity.

Decent work environment. great people. It was a enjoyable place to show up to and work at everyday. The supervisors were very helpful, and understanding. The hardest part/downfall would be unsafe work conditions, i.e.(slippery,oily floors and sharp metal.

It was my first job in factory and that experience was really good. They pay really on time and gives your all overtimes on your payroll. I didn’t face any issues in there. Nice people very friendly and always ready to help. Good supervisors with a lot of skills.
