Toxic work environment, promotions are based on who you are friends with from management not skills and qualifications

Very toxic. Unfortunately the leadership team especially in HR is not very competent, and opts for the easy way out instead of doing the right thing

too many meetings and endless requests, people should do their jobs instead of piling their work on others

Flexibility, and ability to work remotely including overseas

very busy, everyone is overworked and burned out

It's a Productive workplace and supportive management. Colleagues are really helpful and have competitive pay. I would definitely recommend this place to work.

Lovely team, passionate people, learned a lot about living conditions around the world, got to create real change, inspires me to be more thankful and to give back even more.
