Exellent work atmosphere good salary very friend staff. Good apportuinity to good. Worked over 15 years I have never heard complaint from supervisor or manager. Company relocated to different city, otherwise I would be still be love to work here.thax.

It's hard if you drive 320 km every other day and starting salary is quite low, but the medical and retirement benefit was good. Must possess a big patience with co-workers.

High pressure..great team efforts...great pears.

Money is good ...benefits good..promote from with in..most are ground up to high management...

I currently work there and the employees are very hard headed, Racist and act as if they are still in high school when most are in there 50’s. 
The job itself is a good job, you get paid a minimum of 15$ an hour with many opportunities to go higher in ranking.

Worst job I ever had. Flex workers are called in whenever needed. Switching from day shift to night shift without notice.  You will be on call for more than a year. Getting to full time is nearly impossible. 

It is a terrible job to work. Work is not that hard but the problem is the management and the people who thought they'd inherit the company. It's terrible and not a place to work until you die.

working in cargill is a great experience where in the company gives higher rate and being secure for the job because they never lay off. The company insurance is good too.

i get to work, punch in, suite up, go to the work floor. the people i worked with i couldnt understand them.i already knew what i was doing so i didnt need to be taught anything. i wasnt close to anybody i just kept to myself and worked.

Cargil is a good company to establish and secure future, i always recommend people to come to work in Cargill, Cargill has good benefits package and job security as well.
